Modern clean apartment in a good location. Personal car parking space was good, although the cleaners were still in it when we arrive lol. It is at the rear of the apartments and felt safe. Very near the sea and a nice walk into town. We received entry instructions a little later than we would have liked, but when we had a issue with the TV not working, our host was very quick to call and suggest a solution.
If you like to eat late forget it, Rhos on Sea is the nearest place to walk to, but everything closes early. The Toad is very close by, but when we turned up at about 8 the restaurant was shut. We had been visiting Chester and Liverpool before Colwyn and were used to everything being open!

Couldnt work the T V
Also as a elderly couple the settee to view the T V was too low. However as the T V was not working it didnt matter

Great location almost beachfront! This is a nice apartment with all facilities included.
Nothing at all but would love a walk in shower instead of a shower bath!
