A pleasant and enjoyable stay

Location was excellent will sea views. The apartment was clean and well presented with ample seating and a functional kitchen.

Wifi and TV connectivity were problematic and the towel seemed not so fresh.

Fantastic location in a beautiful aprtment

The apartment was very nicely furnished and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect and there is a beautiful sea view from the living space. I would definitely return to this property and can recommend.

We had a slight issue with the temperature in the shower but managed in the end. An instruction manual in the property would have been helpful.

Spacious apartment right by the beach

Excellent location right by the beach. Close to Lidl & easy to get into Conwy, Llandudno & other places nearby. Good communication with clear check in instructions. Spacious apartment which was clean & loved the sea view from the living area.

The kitchen would benefit from a few more cooking utensils - more pans & baking trays etc. We managed to cook our own meals but this could've been much easier. Also some more cleaning supplies - teatowels, cloths to make tidying up easier too.

The only issue and it’s with booking.com not the property or host They rented the apartment to party of 4 when there was only 3 beds One double bed and a single cushion bed which left me sleeping on the chair (not the best to sleep on) so they need to change the listing to only accommodate 3 people max

One night stay

An excellent location. The apartment had everything we needed (apart from a tea towel which we had to go out and buy!) It is modern and nicely furnished. It was convenient to have parking on site.The host responded quickly to any questions we had. We will definitely book again.

The pillow on the bed was uncomfortable but there was another one in the wardrobe so it wasn't a problem.

Brilliant location, helpful and friendly owner - recommended.

The location was superb - just a trip and stumble from the Toad pub which serves great food and very close to the seafront. Lovely accommodation - comfortable with good facilities. Excellent comms. Strong WiFi (to keep the teenager happy!)

Had to ask for third towel (booking was for three people) but, to be fair, the owner brought one over on his way home from work - good service 😀 and friendly too. Please provide tea towel - it is tricky to leave all crockery and cutlery packed away if we cannot dry it after breakfast.

Good location and facilities for a short stay.

Light and airy, Good location. Quiet.

Bathroom looks a little tired. Two towels provided for 1 person 👍🏼 but no shower/bath mat. Extractor fan didn’t kick in so, as no window in the bathroom, steam/condensation lingered. Kitchen requires more than a medium frying pan and small saucepan. Overall, property fairly clean but should be sparkling.

Fantastic short break

I had a really lovely stay at this apartment in Rhos-on-Sea. It’s beautifully decorated with stylish, cosy touches that made it feel like a real home-from-home. The sea view was stunning, and I loved how close it was to the promenade. It was clean, and extremely comfortable, and had everything I needed — including on sight parking, which is a real bonus. The host was so helpful and kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s a perfect little spot for a peaceful getaway, and I’d happily return, in fact I can’t wait to go back :)

Nicely decorated and to a great standard in all areas except the bathroom. It has a fabulous view and only a 10 walk to Rhos.

Mattress springs had gone so lumpy and noisy when let or sat on it. Towels in bathroom had bleach marks on one and there was mould at the top of the walls and part of the ceiling.

Lovely host, beautiful location, and great little apartment, we liked it so much that we asked for an extra night and the host was able to accommodate us which was brilliant

Received a message off host to say there was a iron mark which wasn’t there the day before however I did not use the iron so this should be throughly checked before new guests enter.

We did have a lovely time, the appt was exactly as advertised and we would stay here again!

Location was perfect and the flat was very clean and spacious.

The communication was not great regarding the sofa bed and bedding etc but we found it easily once we arrived. There were no tea spoons in the cutlery draw.

An excellent holiday apartment near the beach

Location is a stones throw from the sea front and our apartment had a sea view. Everything was clean and obviously a fairly new apartment. There was a dedicated parking space. Bathroom facilities were excellent with bath and shower. Kitchen facilities were adequate for a holiday let, we actually made all out own meals as we are vegan and local eateries didn't have much on the menu for vegans.
