A Short Break Away

Felt homely, plenty of space and a useful tourist guide folder.

No bathmat, was afraid the floor might be slippery (it wasn't)

Perfect base for exploring the North Wales Coast without a car.

Clean, quiet, easy lockbox access, fast reliable wifi, well located - short walk to a Morrisons supermarket, good craft beer bar (Black Cloak), a trusty Wetherspoons, sea front promenade for long coastal walks and railway station / buses for trips out along the coast to Llandudno, Conwy Castle and further into Snowdonia. Host very communicative and quickly answers any questions.

Great little apartment in a fabulous location

Spacious, host replied promptly to queries and was friendly, cribs available for baby and toddler, clean and well kept, great location.

No lift (for buggies) but we did know this when we booked and the stairs are just 1 floor.

Great place for exploring the beautiful North Wales coast.

Pendle House is near shops and cafés and a short walk to the station and the beach. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. Colwyn Bay has a fantastic beach and a wonderful new promenade. It has great railway connections to other coastal towns.

Nearly everything good. Not sure about the little plastic washing up liquid container! Would have been handy to have had some extra drawer space in addition to the bedside cabinets.

Good location

Good location just off the A5 so quick to get anywhere. Easy walk in to town to pubs and restaurants. Free parking across the road. Good wifi. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Had a great meal at Bryn Willaims Porth Eirias

Virgilio was recommended but the food was average at best Could have done with clearer instructions for finding the property as the postcode sent you down the wrong road.

Beautiful apartment in a central location. Worth every penny.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and a lot bigger than most. They had a book with all the information you could need, i.e., places for food and drink, shopping, local attractions. The owners were very polite and accommodating. 5 minutes walk to the beach or a 2 minutes walk to the train station to get to Llandudno or Conwy. Beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Would definitely book again.

There's nothing about the place that we didn't like. If we had to pick at anything, there's not a lot of parking at the house.

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. He replied swiftly. The apartment has modern furniture and lots of decor. There was also an info booklet in the flat with precise recommendations in the area about things to do/where to eat.

Colwyn Bay is not really a sophisticated seaside town. However, the beach is very lovely and clean. A hairdryer in the apartment would be a great help.

Superb

The apartment was a surprise birthday present for my husbands 40th birthday. It was beautiful, the welcome folder was extremely helpful, and the owner was brilliant as he went above and beyond to help us settle in, even explaining where we can park, etc...

Apartment was lovely and clean. Really warm and comfortable.

There was no soap in bathroom to get a shower and only 2 sachets of coffee for 4 people for 2 days but otherwise a lovely place to stay.

Warm, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located apartment! The bed was particularly comfy. We met some neighbours who were very friendly.

The apartment was slightly difficult to find as Google maps directs you to an adjacent street.

Perfect getaway for family stay

The place was absolutely clean , very good location just 10 mins drive from Llandudno and other key sight seeing locations. Right on the high street of Colwyn Bay. The apartment is very good and has everything needed for a family stay . The bed was comfortable and the heating was spot on I really enjoyed my stay.

Nothing much, i feel maybe onsite parking would have helped. However there are ample parking spaces on the streets near by
