Lovely family stay making memories

A lovely family home with modern facilities. We spent most of our time at the dining table playing board games. The house is really close to the main part of Rhos (a place we regularly stay) and good range of places to eat plus a co-op just a minute’s walk away.

A lovely house in a great location let down by the garden and patio and furniture.

The location was excellent, close to the beach and shops. The house was fairly large with a large bedroom and comfy bed. The host left a small starter food pack (milk, bread, eggs etc.). The kitchen was well equipped as well as a utility room.

I think 4.00 pm. is a little late for arrival especially as you have to leave by 10.00 a.m The garden was not very well kept, overgrown and untidy. The outdoor furniture was very disappointing.

Wonderful & Welcoming Wales

As a family of 4, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a spacious, clean and fantastic house. It has all the pots, pans, and kitchen paraphernalia that you would need to make hearty dinners. Comfortable beds and a beautiful rolled top bath to relax in after a scenic walk along the nearby promenade. Our host was excellent from start to finish and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Lots of toys and books for younger kiddies too, which I thought was lovely, but they weren't used by us as our boys are too old. Also the fact the house is dog friendly with a safe enclosed back garden is a bonus! There's so much to do in Rhos On Sea and the surrounding area too.. Pitch n Putt, axe throwing, antique shops, arcades, and welcoming and friendly pubs and restaurants. Or simply eating fish & chips at the promenade and watching the world go by. We loved our stay, and we will most certainly be back.

A Gem

Great location, spacious, clean and everything you need. Comfy beds, amazing shower, beautiful garden space, & a generous little hamper of essentials on arrival. Neighbours are lovely, good little shop selection locally & shop assistants are helpful. Loads of space at the property, double driveway for parking. Host Katie was attentive and available anytime for any queries. Property is walking distance to the beach. All round an excellent stay and would recommend.

Fantastic property

What a fantastic property. A 5 minute walk into town and to the beach situated in a quiet residential area. Pleanty of walking on the door step and shops etc streets away. The house is spacious, very well equipt and very clean. The garden is perfectly secure and off road parking is an added bonus. Throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

lovely decor, felt really homey. massive house and brilliant value for money. loved the fact the garden was secure and the dog loved exploring the layout. katie was a brilliant host!

garden (even though it was winter) needed a bit of tending to ie weeds, a bit of rubbish, some broken glass, laundry room needed a good sweep.

The accommodation was excellent with everything you would need for a home from home stay and much more. Plenty of space inside and out and situated a short distance from the town and sea front.

Lovely relaxing few days.

It was exceptionally clean. Everything you need and more. Loved the board games! Perfect location for beach, local pubs( Peacock Lounge was welcoming, dog friendly, relaxing and good food) Excellent fish and chip shop. Top Wok Chinese was delicious. So relaxing. Sad to leave😢

Very comfortable. Great location. Lovely garden. Great shower. But above all this the nice little touches.Nice basket of goodies. Washing up liquid dishwasher tablets etc unlike other places we have stayed in. And our 2 year old grandson loved the toys.

The only downside was that the bins had clearly not been emptied for a while leaving very little space for our rubbish and the recycling bins where full .... but of completely the wrong stuff. Katie responded to our email quickly asking us to remove the stuff. We were delighted when our recycled stuff was cleared by the bin men. I did suggest that maybe the cleaner should check. Not very nice to have to sort out the previous tenants waste!

Fantastic home from home

My favourite thing was watching the birds (goldfinches, young thrushes, sparrows) each morning from the big kitchen window. The large windows and sizeable rooms make the house feel airy and light. It is just a few minutes walk from the seafront promenade (perfect for crabbing and walking the dog). The house really has everything you need for a week away. A vase of fresh flowers on the kitchen table was a lovely touch. All communal areas were spotlessly clean. Comfy beds and quiet neighbourhood.

My teenage daughters would have liked a lock on the upstairs bathroom door and blackout curtains in the bedroom BUT this didn't impact negatively on our stay.

Went here for my 50th birthday, it’s was everything and more, the house and garden were fantastic we where so comfortable. All modern facilities and high quality. The neighbours where very friendly and gave us advice on where to go with the dogs. We will go again. Rhos-on-sea was beautiful, clean and lovely to walk along the beach

Home from home.

Lovely clean spacious house in a friendly neighbourhood. Home from home with great facilities. Warm friendly welcome with bread milk and fruit loaf on arrival. Hand gel in the hallway. Hand soap. Washing tablets etc were provided. Safe parking. Close to the beach and shops.

Although it was lovely to have lots of games, books, toys etc for the children around the home. I think these perhaps could have been temporarily removed as a measure against covid at the moment. Other places I have stayed recently have removed non essential items. Maybe some table mats which can be wiped would also be helpful. That would be my only suggestion. Overall I felt the house was spotless. We would definitely recommend the accommodation and would consider staying again.
