Overall, it was a lovely, welcoming stay with a great location!

I absolutely loved this property. The host was incredibly welcoming, and since we visited during Christmas, they went the extra mile by gifting us Christmas chocolates and even decorating a small Christmas tree. The festive vibes were wonderful and made our stay feel very special. The property was spotlessly clean, and all amenities were provided exactly as mentioned. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the market, nearby restaurants, Morrisons, and the beach, which was absolutely beautiful. The host also checked in with us daily via Booking.com and shared helpful suggestions and a list of things to do and explore nearby, which made planning our days very easy. Overall, a fantastic stay , we loved it and would highly recommend it.

What could be improved: The toiletries provided were in very small miniature bottles (such as shower gel and shampoo), which were not sufficient for a 5-day stay for four people with the priced that we paid. We also needed to purchase additional toilet rolls during our stay. The heating in the living room did not provide much warmth, which was a little disappointing as we often gathered there to watch movies together. There were two bedrooms, one was very spacious and beautiful, while the other was quite small and felt a bit tight for two adults, especially when sharing as friends. That said, none of these points significantly affected our overall experience, and I wouldn’t call it a disappointment, just a few minor aspects that could be improved or can be mentioned beforehand in the description. :)

I understand that central heating is expensive and can be abused, but for us, we found the apartment far too cold for comfort. 🥶🥶🥶

Easy to locate, stylish apartment, a good base to go off each day and explore.

Location was great and easy to get to the beach and shops. Only short car rides each day to other areas to explore. Rooms were clean and stylish and the bathroom was a good size with towels provided. No parking but we didn’t have any issues parking across the street on public roads.

Could have had more kitchen items. As we wanted to cook meals each evening but there was not enough pans and tins for the oven. Just something small but would make a difference between good and excellent. This place had the basic necessities but other extra bits would have made it even better. Making it clear it was up stairs on the booking too as didn’t know this until we arrived.

Good flat bad location

Very easy to find, straight off the A55

The flat had a strong stale cigarette smell, there were air fresheners everywhere and for the stay we brought extra sprays to try and mask the smell. The flat is located in what we felt was a run down part of the town, lots of closed shops, rubbish in front gardens and groups of drinkers and more on benches outside the flat.

It was terrible.

We stayed at Pendle House, Apartment 4, and were very disappointed. The pictures online are completely misleading and do not reflect the reality of the place. The bathroom was in a shocking state—with a flimsy shower curtain, and a shower rail that fell down. There were no cleaning materials provided at all, which made things even more unpleasant. The apartment was also extremely noisy. My sister’s room backed onto a garage that operated through the night, and the front faced a busy roundabout with constant delivery traffic for nearby shops. It was impossible to get proper rest. This property was completely mis-sold to us. We chose it based on the Booking.com listing, but what we got was nowhere near the standard expected. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment, especially for families or anyone needing a bit of peace and comfort.

Excellent stay, very clean apartment, and Joel was very helpful suggesting places to visit.

Location was fine, and is only a short walk to the sandy beaches. Parking is on roads around the property, but we found it very easy to find a space arrival, and when we had been out for the day.

The only things missing were coasters for our drinks - not being petty, just they would ensure the furniture stayed as good as it was during our stay as some people do not treat rentals with respect, and the furniture looked brand new.

Great apartment near the beach.

We had a lovely 3 days staying in this apartment, it was spotless and really comfortable, didn't want to leave! It's exactly like the pictures shown. So close to the beach which we enjoyed. Shops are very close if you need anything. Parking is very easy to find nearby. We are definitely going to return again.

Colwyn Bay, stay

Location and access to the beach. Lovely apartment Good base to explore the Welsh coast. The new Beachfront and amenities were fabulous and easy to walk from one end of the bay to the other.

Parking was limited, and it took a while to get a non permit or restricted time space. I'm surprised that local shops and restaurants closed on a Saturday and very little open after 5 pm in June. There's not much to do in Colwyn Bay. But Conway is only a short drive and has everything you will need.
