Perfect place to stay for visiting Colwyn Bay and the North Wales coast

The location was perfect for working in Colwyn Bay. This is a very comfy and well equipped apartment. It was extremely clean and welcoming. Great communications from booking to check in to check out

Good accommodation just a pity that Colwyn Bay itself is pretty dead. It comes to something when the jewel in the crown

Nice clean modern flat with good facilities , ideal for a weekend break

The sofa bed was probably the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. Luckily we didn’t have to sleep on it but tried it out for future reference and could feel every single spring.

Nice cosy apartment and clean The space is actually as the pictures Kitchen is well equipped Lots of material prepared by owner on things to do during your stay Clear instruction by owner on the day Shopping centre with grocery stores only 5 mins walk from the apartment

The smoke alarm in the kitchen is quite sensitive, it set off easily on our first night, however just opening the door for a few seconds and keeping the fan on sorts that. The bed was quite soft, and the mirror was quite difficult to use in the bedroom due to the design, however these are minor issues for a short stay.

The apartment was fantastic, lovely and clean, very spacious for a 1 bedroom. The area is great for people looking for somewhere more quiet and away from roundy groups, with a zoo, beach, train station and more within walking distance. Would happily visit again.

we liked everything about the apartment inside all fully equipped with all your essentials that you need for ur break, we will definately come back again for probably 2 weeks in septmber for our birthdays -- please let me know if i can book direct with yourself or if we have to use booking.com,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, thank you ken and lorna xx ' ]

Everything was ok i wud just like to mention that my girlfried did have a fall when getting out of the shower due to NO HAND RAIL, so no one else has any issues with it may be a HAND RAIL could be a possibility to look at But all in all we had fun ======and DEFO be back

Excellent clean apartment in a great location to visit surrounding areas

very clean and well equipped very quiet and one minute from the A55

The only small negative is no onsite parking but parking can be found in several side streets close by, there is also a pay and display car park over the road

Very good

Our family of 4 stayed for 2 nights. Apartment was clean and tidy. Cost was similar to travel lodge. Apartment has much better facilities and more space, allowing the experience to be much more pleasant and able to cater for ourselves. Host was very good, even contacted us after we left as our son had left his cuddly toy. He offered to send it on to us. Very happy with service. Will definitely use again 😀

Perfectly located beach flat in Colwyn bay.

Great owner communication. Joel responds quickly. Perfect location for a short holiday stay - 5 min walk to the beach / train station/ two great chippies and right next to the shopping centre with Morrisons / Home Bargains / Costa etc etc. Free, on-street parking across the road available. Wifi is good and the TV has all the usual apps you'd want if you're in in the evenings. Leaving the key in the lock box every time we left the flat was really easy and meant we weren't worried about losing it. It's a small but well formed flat. The kitchen has an oven / hob, microwave, small fridge / freezer and there are 4 sets of everything so you can manage well. As a family of 3 we really enjoyed our much needed short stay by the sea.

A few essentials / finishing touches we would get as standard in most places. Missing soap / bin bags / cleaning products etc so bring those - But it's not a problem as the shops are so close and hopefully the owner will put these in for you - ask in advance!

Ideal base for exploring the north Wales coast and Anglesey.

clean and fresh, newly refurbished. everything you need for a short stay. very close to Morrisons. easy walk to high street shops & restaurants etc, also just a few minutes to the beach. nearby parking.

bit difficult to find owing to peculiar road naming. need two hands to get through the front door. few convenience items were missing but the owner will address that for later visitors.

well maintained beautiful holiday home!

exceptional location, beautiful holiday home with fully fitted kitchen, TV, and other required amenities. Perfect for a family of four. Its very near to the beach and the train station. We had a great time!!
