Excellent accommodation and location

The Apartment was lovely and comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. The location was great, only a short walk to the shop, bus stop and electric train station. It is up quite a steep hill if your mobility is not great though. Parking outside the property was no problem. There is a little stream opposite the property, which was lovely to listen to, with ducks crossing the lane to get to it Communication from Naomi and Stephen was excellent before and during my stay. I would highly recommend staying here. If I visit the IOM again in the future, I would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment in a lovely location.

Spacious, spotlessly clean, nicely furnished and well equipped apartment. Kitchen & bathroom a pleasure to use with good quality fixtures & fittings. Very comfortable lounge & bedroom Quiet & attractive location in Laxey village and just a few minutes walk to local shops, pubs and bus / tram stops. Pleasant walk from the door to Laxey Wheel & mines or down to the harbour & beach. Communication from the owners was prompt, helpful and very friendly. This is a great apartment and I thoroughly recommend it.

A little Gem! Relax, Chill and enjoy and explore the Island!

This apartment was fantastic value for money. Really comfortable, beautifully furnished, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The location was excellent, lovely and quiet for my visit with brilliant public transport links tram and buses. Easy access to the local supermarket and cafes. I am a regular visitor to the Island and this is one on the best stays I have had. I will be returning.

With a 30+kg bike box, the only negative was the steep flight of stairs on the way in, but it was good exercise!!

Fabulous apartment set in a tranquil setting but so close to all amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay at the property for our anniversary, it was so nice and peaceful, and so private too! It was clean and modern inside which felt very cosy, and it had all of the cooking facilities you could need! We took a walk down to one of the pubs for a drink and it was such a nice little walk down past the river and towards the beach. Also was so close to the co op and the tram stop as that’s how we got there! A lovely little touch was the bottle of wine that they had put out for us on arrival. Would highly recommend a stay here to anyone, we will definitely be back!

Great location, very comfortable.

Very comfortable with everything you need if you wish to self cater, local coop is a few minutes up the road as is the Laxey tram terminal. Going down the hill you can get to Laxey harbour within 10 minutes where you will find an excellent Italian restaurant and pub and then on to the seafront where you will find a couple of cafes. The property itself looks like a converted office building but there are plenty of nice touches to make it feel homely, we would certainly stay again and feel happy to recommend. Good communications with the very friendly owners was also noteworthy.

Understand the fire door regulations but was a bit difficult with all the doors

We would not stay again due to heat problem and bathroom very cold.also but the flat was lovely

Location was difficult to find we has dreadful experience I am going to look into the post code also I am going to look into why the post code is shared 4 miles away from this property

Heating is controlled next door by owners timer the heating did not come on at all bathroom freezing this is to save on bills we know this
