Beautiful location overlooking bay. Able to enjoy lovely sunsets from the rooms. Electricity included as didn't need to top up meter. Wrong invoice and receipt left but able to speak to helpful resident on ground floor.

Lovely property, stunning views over the sea. Small lounge diner but large bedrooms. Beds very comfortable.
Only downside was having to put coins in the meter and having to keep an eye on it. If the boiler for water isn’t left on the meter lasted much longer and the water stayed hot for the day. Heating is manual electric so cold in mornings until it heats up. Wouldn’t be a problem in the summer. I would definitely stay again, especially as I know what to expect with the coin meter and heating.

I have just enjoyed a short stay at Kittiwake House. The apartment was exactly as described, with helpful information available about everything we needed. Well equipped little kitchen and a very comfortable two bedrooms. Beautiful views over Port Erin bay as we booked a sea view apartment. Clean and well kept, with a friendly welcome from the owner and manager and support and help if needed for any reason. I will return and very much enjoyed my stay. Thank you!
