Once the problems were sorted the cottage was lovely
Well appointed, clean . Excellent location and easy parking. Would consider booking again. Hosts were excellent in responding and resolving issues.
Unfortunately the radiators had been turned off upstairs and the first night was so cold - we only discovered this in the morning. We had arrived late on the first night and we didn’t check. Also the tv wasn’t working. Perhaps checks needed to be done prior to our arrival? The host was excellent in responding and resolving the tv issues.

Cosy cottage in good location.
Bedrooms were very cosy.
Broken garden furniture did not make a good first impression ( should be taken to the tip) Baking tray and pans were poor quality and need replacing. Kitchen roll, shower gel maybe a jug of milk in the fridge . Easy parking and easy to find. Welcome pack contained very basic limited information and should be much more thorough, for example local restaurants, nearest shops for provisions bus timetables etc. . Shower didn’t have a shelf or basket to place shampoo gel in etc . These recommendations would really enhance the guest experience.

Beautiful
I treated my mum for a few days break for her birthday. She absolutely loved it.The cottage is stunning and her room had a beautiful view from her window. She brought lots of warm clothes which she did not need as the cottage was lovely and warm and comfortable and very clean. We made a breakfast and all utensils were there to do so. Thoroughly enjoyed and will book again.
There was nothing we would change.
