We had a relaxing holiday in a comfortable apartment with access to beautiful gardens.

Comfortable, clean apartment in an estate. Access to extensive gardens all the time. Designated parking. Welcome pack provided basic essentials. Good food at the cafe in the estate. Friendly staff.

The cooking facilities were good but there was minimal crockery available if you did want to cook a full meal for 4 people. A minor point but more dishes, and of different sizes like pasta dishes, would have been useful.

Beautiful views and nice apartment The rooms were very clean and it was a great experience to stay in the milntown gardens and be able to go round them

Price is high but I think that’s partly just the Isle of Man, also noise between apartments can leak but if have considerate neighbours it shouldn’t be a problem

Fabulous home from home feel with great surroundings and friendly service.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect with great parking arrangements and easy access. We loved the views of the gardens and ability to roam the grounds during our stay. The on-site Restaurant served fabulous food - we enjoyed a special afternoon tea to celebrate a birthday, breakfast and Sunday lunch. All of the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. It made for a great stay and we will definitely look to use the apartments again on another visit to the Island.

Some larger bath towels would have been good but I did bring my own.

Excellent property.

It was very comfortable. It was clean and well equipped. Laundry facilities on site was a great addition. The house and gardens were lovely. The cafe was excellent x

Everything was very good. The only small negative thing I could say was that the oven roasting tray needs replacing. We did cook in the property and the roasting tin is not in good condition which is a shame as it can be so easily rectified.

The apartment was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The position within the garden was peaceful. The property is well located on the main road out of Ramsey. It was great to have free Wi-Fi and the welcome pack was a pleasant surprise.

The only thing that would have been useful was some USB points. But this is minor and there was nothing we didn’t like.

Perfect location, lovely outlook, clean and modern apartment.

Location was excellent as we were nearby to my brother who we were visiting. The apartment was ideal and there was a cafe in the grounds where we could have breakfast, if required.

Glad we were upstairs as floor was slightly creaky but understandable as it’s an old building.

Self catering with milk tea & coffee provided, centre of Ramsey relatively close by. Our first floor flat up steps overlooking the gardens so superbly positioned. Restaurant / cafe in gardens excellent. Quiet, well equipped including oven, hob, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Very comfortable. Plenty of information available. Shared utility room with freezer, tumble dryer & washing machine.

We generated some waste plastic, cardboard, glass bottles etc. From food shopping, and there was seemingly no way to recycle anything, or any information on this aspect.

Really comfortable, great views, quiet area, only 15 walk to Ramsay, everything provided, car parking space for each apartment, beds very comfy & shower very powerful.

Location is beautiful Accommodation was clean and comfortable Everything you could need was there, although a couple of things listed in the inventory where missing eg cheese grater, tin opener and spoons The garden staff should be complimented on the beautiful gardens

We found that on a couple of occasions people had parked in the allocated space Maybe the signs where not visible as they were covered by the hedge.

Lovely location very convenient for visiting Ramsey. Clean and comfortable. It was lovely to have access to Miltown gardens

A lovely bathroom with all the facilities however because we were staying as 2 couples it would have been better to have had a separate toilet . It would have been useful to have had his on the backs of the bedroom and bathroom doors. Sadly the wifi in the downstairs apartment, where we stayed, cut in and out constantly and wasn't accessible in the back bedroom

Exceptional

The apartment and surroundings were superb. Precise instructions for finding and entering the property made life very easy. The location was well situated with a bus stop right outside the main entrance, this meant you could get around the island and leave the car in the allocated parking spot provided with the apartment. Ramsey town centre only a 15 minute stroll away, meant there were pubs, takeaways and restaurants available if you didn't fancy catering for yourself, although the kitchen and facilities were excellent. The town centre also had the electric railway station which meant the tram to Laxey and Douglas was readily available. The gardens and surrounding walks made the whole stay very enjoyable.

Our apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. Miltown was very easy to find and the setting is gorgeous. We loved the fact that we could walk round the beautiful gardens. The location is easy walking distance to Ramsey and local amenities.

Perfect Location and Accommodation

Location perfect, on the main Ramsay road 15 minutes walk into Town and ideal for travel around the Island on a motorcycle. Grounds were nice and plenty of parking. Apartment was spacious, clean, modern and quiet. Could not fault the accommodation.

Very friendly and helpful host. High quality furnishings in the very comfortable apartments. They are very quiet and look out over the walled garden. Gardens are nice to walk round in the evenings, full of camelias at the moment. Bus stop right outside the house entrance with very regular bus service so great for exploring the island. There was a supper and bingo night in the house while we were there which was great fun and very popular.
