Excellent location and a very accommodating host. Would stay there again.

The location was excellent only a short walk into the town centre. The host was very accommodating and let us leave our bags in the apartment until we left for the airport. A hairdryer and toiletries were provided.

Excellent stay - highly recommend

The flat is in a great location, with shops, restaurants, and transport all within easy walking distance. Communication from the host was clear, friendly, and prompt, which made everything very straightforward. The flat itself was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Excellent value for money and very reasonably priced for the quality offered. Would happily stay again.

The flat was rather expensive for what it was

Close to the centre of Douglas and public transport

I thought the flat was rather tired and didn’t appear very clean. Also the written instructions had incorrect information: where the keys were, wifi code and telephone no. Whilst the correct information was given by message I hadn’t realised they were different. Also the TV seemed to be only programmed for a German Netflix and I couldn’t access terrestrial TV. There were no instructions for the TV. The bedroom was very small and accessing both sides of the double bed was difficult

Excellent value for money and very comfortable

While the apartment isn't brand new and glittering, it was absolutely very clean, comfortable, and really well located, just a 10 minute walk to the main bus stop and some very good restaurants. Yes, the shower door slides open, and the toilet seat is a bit loose, but these were very minor inconveniences for me personally and if I was to return to the IOM,I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

A good quiet location just outside of town, for those who like this as we do. A polite host who is easily contacted by telephone. Clean, dry and warm. Good free WiFi. Easy check in and check out.

A bit tired and needs some attention to smaller things i.e. the swiveling toilet seat, a shower door that slides open whilst you are in the shower, no large pans, only one tiny cushion on the sofa, non matching and a shortage of crockery, one gas ring didn't work etc.

It was close to where we needed to be.

It’s tired old and needs some modernising. No bed sheet for the sofa bed. Price hiked for the TT but the price didn’t reflect the apartment unfortunately.

Nice little one bedroomed apartment on top of the hill overlooking the marina

Nice little one bedroomed apartment within walking distance of shops, pubs, restaurants and beach. Washing machine, fridge freezer, TV and extra room heater all working fine. Comfortable double bed in small bedroom overlooking the cliffs.

I think you should mention this property is on top of a hill or up a tremendous amount of steps. We are in our mid seventies and came as foot passengers on the ferry and found it challenging to get to the flat.

Excellent value and attentive owners make this a good budget find.

Excellent location for people using public transport. very near to the sea, steam train and bus terminal and the restuarants on the North Quay and Douglas promenade. The flat was nice and warm, and the central heating very easy to use. The owner was really helpful, and very communicative. When I was unable top operate the cooker, he sent me a you tube link and then offered to send someone straight away. The instructions for finding the property are very comprehensive with photos, and well worth following!

The freezer was unfortunately completely frosted up, and therefore unusable.The shower was good, but the door was difficult to keep properly shut. Parking is nit impossible further up Douglas head, but it is on a disc zone , and between 8am and 6pm is 2 hours only. Don't expect a view, but the cliffs at the back have a lot of gulls, so have some interest. some prating manuals would have been good for the cooker in particular, although I found the washing machine easy to operate without.
