Excellent location, only 3 mins drive from the dock. A few doors away from a great fish bistro! Really well furnished and facilities all you could ask for. Lovely breakfast left for you every day. We will definitely be back!

A very comfortable and attractive place to stay for our long weekend visiting family.

Lovely bedroom with wall-hung table for eating, small well-equipped galley kitchen, nice shower room. All very clean. Appreciated the blackout blinds. Location was ideal for exploring Douglas and we enjoyed looking out over the marina when we ate our breakfast. A very substantial and delicious breakfast was left for us everyday, when our room was serviced.

Lovely location and nice layout which suited our needs

Location was good and the parking was fine. The condition was good though a few more instructions concerning the towel rail would have been helpful. It is a shame the restaurant had closed as this gives an air if decline - the apartment would be enhanced by its presence.

Slightly worn in places - the kitchen needs a hob and a few more utensils.

Perfect for a self catering week in Douglas. Near the Sea Terminal and main bus station so convenient for sightseeing.

Lovely location, cheap parking nearby (if outside office hours). Really helpful host and excellent having the flat refreshed and breakfast restocked daily. small problems quickly resolved. Excellent communication with the team.

It’s an old building so the stairs are narrow, but in line with what we expected.

Nice view of the quay and great location.

Sail Lofts was clean, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Everything needed was provided and the daily breakfast supplies were generous and fresh, albeit the same each day. We appreciated the complimentary use of the nice laundry room as we were traveling for an extended period of time. The staff person, Mary, was cheerful and very helpful. There are stairs to navigate but just read about the property before booking. There were no surprises and the self check-in instructions were perfectly explained.

Nothing- we thought parking was going to be a little tricky but it wasn’t hard to find parking places and work around the time limits.

Room was very clean and had everything we needed ,room was cleaned every day with breakfast left for the next morning despite on the main front with a few pubs there was very little noise

Good quality property in an excellent location.

Breakfast was adequate, with nice fruit and yoghurt. The location was excellent, quiet, with a nice view of the quay and close to bus stops and the steam train station and close to bars and restaurants. Good size bedroom with a comfortable bed. The room had a small well equipped kitchen and the property is close to a Tesco store, making it easy to self-cater.

Calm Space & Cared For - Just around the corner from the Promenade, Close to the Steam Train

Delightful breakfast bits provided daily, including fruit (which is often left out in places I've stayed before). Instructions for the keys were easy to follow and worked fine. Beautifully organised space, and we felt really well cared for every day.

Our 10 night stay gave us all we needed, we recommend Sail Lofts.

The breakfast worked well for us, the fresh berries were lovely. It was nice to come back and find everything had been washed up and replenished for the next day.

We were surprised to find the advertised restaurant "14North" had closed.

Lovely apartment in a great location overlooking the harbour, very close to the ferry terminal. Everything was immaculate. We enjoyed the breakfast which was provided and would highly recommend the apartment.

Fabulous. It is our Home away from Home.

Location, Décor, Breakfast (Quantity and Quality), Clarity of Instructions, Cleanliness, Radio in the room. View, Facilities, Bathroom products: Shower gel, Shampoo and conditioner, which all smelt AMAZING. Good for guys or gals.

It got a little noisy outside at night during the weekend, the windows are good when closed, but sometimes somethings get through. They do provide complimentary earbuds, however we did not find them until after most of the trip had passed (FYI: they were in the bedside draw if needed).

Basic but adequate ignoring the toilet and key saga.

Relatively ok location.

The toilet had its own mind, flashed when it wanted to. Informed the cleaner, but we didn’t think anything was done to rectify the situation. Also, we couldn’t get the room key from the key box. Telephoned the owner and was told that the code on the instructions was incorrect. We were given a new code to get the room key.

A Great Stay

The apartment is in a great position overlooking the quay with a lovely view and plenty of restaurant's and bars. near by. It is well equipped and had everything we required for our stay. The bus and train station are only minutes away. A fresh continental breakfast was delivered every day which was top quality if a little samey.

A lovely studio flat in a central location with easy access to the steam train, buses, town centre, supermarket , restau

Loved the location and outlook from the property. It was clean, well equipped and comfortable. Particularly liked having the kitchenette with crockery and fridge as meant we had the option to self cater as well as being in serviced accommodation with breakfast provided. There was no noise from the other apartments.

A few more breakfast variations would’ve been appreciated as we were staying 6 nights. Eg yogurt varieties, different fruit, a change from bagels. We didn’t like the coffee from the coffee machine but that’s personal taste. A cafetière with ground coffee would’ve suited us much better.

More expensive than I'd expect for what it was

The view was nice. Having that bit more room than a hotel was nice. Handy to bars and food to walk to from here.

The bed was hard and not the most comfortable and I generally like a harder bed just this felt like a board of wood. The shower not closing completely causing water to go out to floor. Having to wash up all breakfast stuff. The selection was OK but the bagels were bit hard as only in paper bags. For the cost I'd not recommend it.

Perfect spot to stay in Douglas

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean, as was the building itself. You could tell as soon as you came through the front door downstairs that the whole place is very well looked after. The room had all the amenities you could need including breakfast which was a lovely unexpected touch. The cleaning staff were very friendly and they had the room ready for us a little earlier than 3pm which we greatly appreciated! Excellent location within walking distance of the main area and plenty of restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

The street/harbour outside was a little loud with people at times but it quieted down by around 11pm and wasn’t an issue for us.

Would recommend to friends and family

Small moan key box had pictures of birds and numbers on, numbers didn't match numbers on doors of rooms, and I wasn't familiar with the sea bird our room was named after. I had to try the key code on each box to find ours. No big deal as there where only 4. Name of bird in writing rather than a picture would have made process clearer. As I say no big deal.

View from room was stunning of yachts in quay. High quality fixtures and fittings. 10 minutes walk from ferry terminal 5 minutes walk to bus stops (buses go to all towns across the island) 5 minutes walk to steam train station Lots of bars and nice restaurants on quay

Daily fresh food with a good variety of fruit, two types of cereal, two flavours of yoghurt, two bagels with jams & butter. Tea, coffee, chocolate & fresh milk available. Carafe of orange juice. Great start to the day.

Lovely location on the yacht marina, easy access to the rest of Douglas. No dedicated parking but several reasonably priced car parks nearby and a loading space in front of the property. Good continental breakfast placed in the fridge every day, lovely fresh fruit, cereals, milk, fruit juice, yoghurts, bagels, butter and jams.And a special treat of delicious fudge on arrival
