I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the accommodation. I uselly stay stthe premier Inn or Clarmont but both were full. I will def stay again
The biggest let down was the bed and bedding. looked old and headboard was broken. Also was very nosiey (apt 5) due to the traffic lights and constant traffic so ill just request a apt at the opposite side (and hope the bed is nicer)

The place itself was beautiful. An amazing view onto the quay and the boats. The bedroom itself was lovely and comfortable. Room was dark enough when we slept. Kitchen was tidy and they'd left some coffee, milk and chocolate which was a nice thought. Decent size to each room. Bathroom was a little cramped but still nice. The shower was lovely. Staff dealt with an issue with impeccable timing and were lovely. Overall we would definitely stay again.
Unfortunately it got a bit cold but the staff did help us sort it quite quickly however I think there ideally should be instructions for guests to do so without having to message the staff if reception is shut only in winter. In the booklet the way it was written is like we don't have a choice.
The apartment advertised a washer/ and a dryer. There is no dryer which was disappointing as we'd specifically travelled lighter as came on bike. So we couldn't wash and dry clothes how we had planned.
The kitchen didn't come with any other trays but one. Which again is a bit difficult when you have more than one tray needed to cook. The pans were also not that new/ clean. So think considering the amount your paying a night they should I think just provide more stuff for cooking.
In the bathroom the extractor was broken which really should have been fixed beforehand.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is well located not too far from the ferry terminal and also very close to the steam railway, supermarkets, shopping and many places to eat and drink. It has excellent facilities such as a kitchen with everything you need to cook in and also a washing machine which came in handy as we are travelling and need somewhere like this occasionally. There is a lift so no need to lug bags upstairs especially if you are on the top floor like we were. Excellent WiFi and a TV that worked. There is a concierge, but we were given easy to follow instructions to gain our keys as we arrived out of hours. A really great experience staying here.

Location was great, 5 mins from the sea terminal, really central. Close to town centre, restaurants etc.
A nice space, was exactly what we needed on this visit back to the island.
We'd definitely book again.

The host and the full location of the apartment was ideal for us, clean tidy and very well prepared,, we even got the use of the garage to keep our bikes in,,
The only thing they I didn’t like was the door closers where over tensioned within our apartment which resulted in the doors slamming,

These apartments are fantastic value for money. Lovely apartments in a lovely location overlooking the Marina. The hosts were fantastic accommodating our last minute request to bring an additional guest. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is strategically located in the heart of Douglas but without the hustle bustle of being in the city centre. There are a lot of restaurants, cafes and pubs within walking distance. The steam train station is nearby. The Douglas promenade is just a stroll away. We stayed at apartment 3, which boasts the beautiful harbour view from the living room. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything we need for our holiday in The Isle of Man.

The location of this apartment was perfect for Tesco, steam train station, bars, restaurants and shops.
There was a bit of noise from the cars and motorbikes on the road but it was TT week.

Window blinds didn’t cover window completely resulting in bright rooms from early morning.

lovely place , very clean apartment . keys easy to find rubbish clearance at end of holiday all very well explained . transport systems all on time and helpful staff. everyone so polite . lovely food especially Barbary coast pub just around corner .

Great location within easy walk of the promenade and the shops in Douglas. Very near by a big Tesco so I could stock up when we wanted to eat in.
There is a fabulous vegan restaurant just round the corner.

Excellent location for restaurants and shops. Also for access to steam trains and buses. View of marina was nice. Considering the location, it was surprisingly quiet. Friendly people at reception.
A few more plates, glasses and cutlery items would be nice. When a dishwasher is provided, it's much more eco friendly to run it full!

When we found the lockbox, which took a little time, it was easy to gain access. The location was good and the flat was well equipped generally.
More directions to property and lockbox and/or external view photo would help. Despite the booking being in my name, the keys were addressed to my travel partner. The property needs a shelf in the shower and more mirrors, specifically one near a socket for using the hairdryer.

Unsure of what to do with keys when departing. We did not see any lock box so we posted them through the letterbox at the front door.

Location was good - not central, but fairly easy walking distance to most places. Interesting location in harbour area (although only one room overlooked the harbour). Fairly big apartment - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, large kitchen/dining/living area, nicely decorated and comfortable. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Reception open most of the day to sort out any problems - responce was good and friendly. Apartment was three floors up, but there was a lift, so no problem.
Unfortunately, here were a number of problems that made this a 4 star stay, rather than the 5 stars it should have got. Most were minor things: no shower gell provided, no washing up cloth/sponge, no salt for the dishwasher (so it wouldn't work!), no hand towel in the kitchen, cooker hood lights not working - and no under-cupboard lights, wi-fi intermitent at times, kitchen/living area door couldn't be closed properly and main bathroom door wouldn't stay closed unless locked, carpet badly rucked-up in one corner of hall, bedside lights only on one side of the bed, etc. All minor, but taken collectively, enough to spoil the comfort/convenience of an otherwise nice apartment. But, unfortunately, there were a few more serious problems as well. We booked a two bedroom apartment with two beds in one room, as we have teenage children, but the two beds were pushed together and made up as one (and couldn't be separated). This was sorted out the next day, but the apartment should have been as advertised from the start. Then the carbon-monoxide detector starting beeping in the middle of the night and couldn't be switched off. When I finally managed to dismantle it and stop it, I discovered that it was FIVE years past its replacement date! Again, not a deal breaker, (although pretty bloody annoying), but this wouldn't have been a problem had the unit had been replaced on schedule. And finally, the central heating was almost impossible to get right. There was no central thermostat/timer, just a very basic mechanical clock on the boiler (which was too complicated to work out) and individual thermostats on the radiators. We never got this combination to work properly - ending up waking up to a cold apartment in the mornings (beacause we had to turn it off at night), and coming home to a hot apartment in the evenings because we couldn't programme it!

This is a fabulous modern well equipped apartment, in a great location with everything within walking distance and nice views of the harbour from 3 lounge windows (sash) with two sets of blinds. We found the cheap local and reasonably secure parking (£5.50 per 24 hours) very handy. The Apartment had good internet and a smart TV which had Netflix, Amazon prime iPlayer and allowed me to add the NOW TV app so that I could watch all my SKY Football and F1 programmes. The reception staff downstairs were very friendly and helpful. A Lift was available. Despite being on a popular café harbour street, we found it a reasonably quiet place with only occasional noisy drinkers but mostly peaceful. Great bathroom. Comfortable bed - we slept well.
Hard to fault it really so following is hopefully just friendly helpful advice to the operators/owners on any way to improve it. The modern sash Windows did not shut out street noise much , such as there was, so may need new seals, and only one lounge window opened fully for some strange reason - I wouldn't let little kids stay here if I were the owner. Initially there was not enough cutlery and crockery to use beyond one meal so had to wash up using dishwasher regularly but reception had more delivered. Only one small frying pan was not enough but we managed. Doors were all very heavy, fire-door type and were highly sprung and noisy to close. Door wedges helped. It wasn't easy to fully close the bedroom or lounge doors so they clicked shut at all. The lounge needs a small coffee table or side tables to put cups on when watching TV. These are vey small niggle though.

Exceptionally clean and comfortable apartment with everything you could need for your break. Very easy to get around on public transport and very good value. Bus right outside airport, fare £3.40 and drops you off 5 minutes from the property.

Apartment was large, comfortable and spotless with all amenities required. Would highly recommend it. Staff were polite and extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble.we will definitely be returning.
