Lovely stay in a spacious, clean, and well-decorated flat. The property was very comfortable and had everything needed for a relaxing visit. The location was ideal, close to local amenities and only a five-minute walk into town, making it extremely convenient. I would happily stay here again.

Easy to find and get into the property, cheap night for a two bedroom apartment during TT time.

No Breakfast, the property was used to reach the ferry terminal easily the following morning from the property, as we were camping while we were working as Marshals on the TT road race. Receiving emails from the property was helpful. very peaceful area. clean beds, fresh towels. good tv.

Privacy, there were curtains either missing, or unsuitable. The curtains in the bedroom would have enabled passers by to see inside the bedroom at night. A usable plug for the bath is a necessity. There was no rubber bath mat for showering, and the bath has a smooth surface, making it easy to slip. Took ages to get the tv changed into English. Another form of door security like a chain would have been good. Information that there is little or no parking in the street as there are so many cars, plus double yellow lines. area looks a little run down. We would stop there again, as it was convenient, but we would hope the few items listed were corrected if we did.

The apartment was very cozy and had all the necessities, we enjoyed our stay. The landlord was easy to contact and very helpful and quick to respond.

The street the apartment is on was a struggle for me to get too. The stairs that leads towards the promenade, going down was ok but coming up wasn't. If you go the long way round to avoid the steps going out is fine but again, coming up is up hill another struggle for me personally. The fridge also needs looking at as it wast keeping our things very cold.

Very dirty, the facilities was unusable, didn't use the bedroom due to damp, felt all in all very unsafe property, blind in need of update , was able to write our name in the dust , faulty kitchen tap

Location, close to town.

Smell of damp, mixed with air fresheners. Bedrooms downstairs, damp smell evident especially in master bedroom really affected lungs, bear in mind this was August so would be worse in winter months. Slept upstairs so bad. Water leaked into utility rm and also kitchen from flat upstairs. Bathroom needs updating, lights out etc. Freezer frosted over and dishwasher not working as noted by other people. Raised faults via QR code outside flat.

Excellent spot for every thing we wished to do on our trip very clean and great use off space to create to very good size bedrooms. The owner was very friendly & helpful when letting us store our bags when the room needed cleaning after our checkout for the next people.

I have nothing to complain about everything was as it was expected as advertised on Booking.com..

We did not feel comfortable in this property - not what we expected from a holiday let.

Great location for steam train, bus interchange and ferry terminal. Washing machine and drier.

Cleanliness very poor in kitchen and bathroom - surfaces, handles and switches were tacky and dirty - food left in freezer. Maintenance - stair handrail was only partly attached to wall , missing and faulty, bulbs, kitchen tap loose, freezer completely iced up, dishwasher not working, no thick curtain in double bedroom, blinds in sitting room not working. Property description misleading - bedrooms in basement but bathroom on groundfloor (not for older people!), no mountain view. Issues were reported on arrival - but nothing resolved during 7 night stay.

Nice location not far from Douglas centre, great host who let us have entry early as I had older parents with me.

Nice location great value as costs are high on Isle of Man. Good space up and downstairs in the basement. Sofa bed comfortable and useful. Host was fantastic , all cavities you would need are available including shower wash compliments.

A bit damp smelling when we arrived as perhaps the apartment was not used for a while. To be fair the building is not a modern build. The host had de humidifiers on. To get to property from the harbour it’s quite steep and required a few flights of stairs to climb to reach the property, not ideal for older people.

I had good experience staying at this flat. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect – close to all the major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I recommend this flat to anyone staying in Douglas.
