Great stay at Clifton Terrace, everything you need in a well presented, clean apartment. Short walk into the main area of Douglas bars restaurants etc. The steam train apx 15 minutes walk, and the horse drawn tram is at the bottom of the road which will take you to the electric tram And of course the beach is a 5 min walk. Jack was very helpful and did a great job setting up the apartment

Location was good, not too far from the promenade - about 18mins from town centre. Flat heated very well.
WiFi was terrible. We expected so much better considering the location. Bathroom was always leaking after a shower which wasn’t pleasant. No bleach and the toilet brush was very unpleasant

Good location,( apart from being up a steep hill) near the prom. Excellent shower and comfortable bed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances ( cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle etc.) Immaculately clean.
The three fire doors in the flat had such strong closers on them that my wife couldn't open the door. The high kitchen chairs were very uncomfortable. No instructions for the TV which were led to believe had Netflix, It was netflix enabled ( aren't all TVs?) but only available if you were already signed up yourself.
