Excellent base to explore the Isle of Man

Apartment was compact, but plenty of room for a couple. Had everything we needed to make small meals, breakfast etc.. I don't think access to public transport could be any better. Bus stops to Ramsey and Douglas right outside and Electric railway across the road and down a lane. Less than 20 min walk to Laxey and 10 mins to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if we come to the Isle of man.

Exceptionally well equipped kitchen, spacious accommodation, good car parking and great location for public transport. Extremely helpful and communicative host with fantastic variety of up to date island information left available in accommodation.

Reversing onto drive quite tricky, due to narrow entrance. On a bend on a major road, so a fair amount of traffic.

A very comfortable and immaculately presented property in an excellent and convenient location.

Impeccably clean and very comfortable and modern facilities, in an excellent location close to both Douglas and Laxey. Didn't need any help with anything but the caring and attentive host made it clear he could be contacted at anytime if any assistance was needed. Coffee, tea etc and all sorts of other household items like washing up liquid were freely available in the cottage, along with local bus and train timetables and other tourist information.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations 👌🏼

Everything was beyond perfect! Our host offered his garage for storing our motorbikes, this was useful for security but also to keep them dry too, the accommodation had everything we could possibly want, tea,coffee sugar, the kitchen was fully stocked. The cottage was exceptionally clean the bed was extremely comfortable, all in all an amazing experience!

Ideal location for a stay if you are making the most of Isle Of Mans great public transport system.

Very compact, comfortable and well equipped.

Noisy because of main road outside but plus point of having the bus stop right outside the front door, and tram stop two minutes away.

What a gem this beautiful cottage is !!!! Fully kitted out and really comfortable we enjoyed a lovely week in the Island. Paul was a great host and went above and beyond....

Lovely place, exceeded my expectations. Was bigger than I expected. Kitchen has everything including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc. Hope to stay there again.

Well equipped cottage in a great location

A well equipped holiday cottage with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were 1st class.

Everything the location ,and the cottage was furnished to a high standard ,clean and had everything you need for a self catering stay . Paul contacted us throughout our stay incase we had any issues ,but we didn't have any at all but reassuring that he was only a call away ..Perfect stay and we are definitely going to use again next year

A lovely long weekend break.

The property was on a direct bus route with the bonus of the stop right outside the front door! There is a view of the sea from the front of the property. Public transport/free disc parking infrastructure is excellent

No dustbin facilities e.g. for recycling. Very limited choice of restaurants nearby

Paradise break

This little cottage is awee tardos inside. Its ample sized kitchen bathroom big bedroom (kingsize bed) not at all squeezed in and spacious lounge with double sofa bed. Little extra is at rear. Picnic table for breakfast if hot as was for me or just to sit an listen to the quaint noses of Laxey. Bus Transport right near by. Manx electric trams a few mins walk and shop 5 to 10min walk depending on how active you are

we had the most wonderful holiday.

it was in a great spot. very accessible by foot to Laxey and Laxey beach. it’s perfect for a couple or two people happy to share a room. Our host was very hospitable and helpful and made sure there was information available in the cottage if we wanted to visit places and sightsee.

it wasn’t a big deal but it is worth mentioning that to park the car you need to reverse up a slope between the cottage and another one.

Comfortable and relaxing.

The cottage could only sleep one or two but it was spacious for that number, and well appointed. Kitchen and bathroom had quality equipment. The view was beautiful!
