Wonderful accommodation which I’d highly recommend.

We loved the setting and layout - having the living area on the upper/walk in level and bedrooms & bathroom downstairs. Beds were extremely comfortable with lovely linen.

We had a lovely time and would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful cottage. It was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-catering. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like welcome goodies.

It would have been helpful to know the name of our booked cottage before arrival, just to make check-in a bit smoother. Also, an updated TV with app streaming options would make the stay even better.

Peaceful, beautiful countryside views, watching the peacocks a bonus

Location very peaceful, staff very helpful, welcome pack very appreciated, parking available. Place well stocked with washing machine and dish washer and essentials . Bed very comfortable, bedding good quality. View from window - you can see the sea.

Grenaby Estates an amazing magical place like no other!!

Booked here for a surprise bday wknd away for my mum who hasn't been over to the IOM for over 20yrs, she was absolutely amazed at how beautiful a place it was as we all were. Fantastic location in an absolutely gorgeous part of the island, to see all the peacocks, peahens & peachicks walking around with the chickens aswell as the two lovely resident cats was a sight to behold, every now and again ginger the male manx cat would pop into the room to say hello stay for 10 mins then off he went again! Such lovely surroundings and beautifully well presented and clean. Could not fault this place at all it surpassed all our expectations and thank you so much for putting the spare bed in the Stalls as we requested for my brother it all worked out just perfectly an amazing wknd was had by all. We would definitely return again and hopefully in the future we will. Thanks again to Johanna and all the team for the amazing stay we'll never forget it. Xx Dan, Alison, Joan, Ste xxxx

A great stay on an amazing island

A lovely estate in beautiful surroundings.

Only small things - no dish cloth and only 2 tea towels (we made it work), Peacocks sitting on my car and other users (yoga class) blocking my car (quickly resolved)

Peacock heaven!

We loved the location, the environment, we loved the locals as in the chickens, cats, horses and especially the peacock's and pea chicks, just sitting on the bench with a cup of tea watching the world go by in the peace and quiet,magical!

We heard a guest above us stomping up and down in their accommodation, and TV sound on our last day would be our only criticism! But saying that, it really didn't affect our stay, the good was really good!

Beautiful property, perfect weekend stay!

Beautiful location, spacious, clean and suited all our needs. Easy access and parking outside. All the amenities were high quality and we all really enjoyed our stay! We really enjoyed seeing all the animals at the property and this really helped make our trip special!
