DUxperience Apartment

Location, had parking, the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. Remodel of the place was overall very nice. Has everything you need, including a clothes washer. Very quiet inside and the view of Dubrovnik from the bedrooms is amazing.

The parking LOL (don't bring a big car), the bed in the master was very uncomfortable and cratered. There is only a single A/C unit in the living area and it took almost 24hours to cool down the bedrooms. Granted this was August and it was 95deg there and 75deg for the low at night. Only was provided 1 towel per person which wasn't great considering it has the hot tub.

We loved the apartment and the hot tub was a lovely addition. I also enjoyed the views from the room.

The ac is only in the living area so the rooms were slightly warm.

The apartment is just above the Old Town with very nice view - but keep in mind the 300 stairs up and down every day! - only book in case you are fit enough for that! It is very good to have 2 bathrooms for the 2 bedrooms, and also the jacuzzi was a very nice finish of the day. There is also a living room with a sofa and a big TV screen and kitchenette, which I would say very comfortable for 4 people. The host is very kind and available in case of any questions.

It is good to have aircon in the apartment, but it means only 1 unit in the living rooms, so bedrooms can only be cooled indirectly, for me it was not enough. Internet was very poor during our stay, even there is a large TV screen, we could not watch anything. Overall, the apartment is well equipped, but there are a few things that should be replaced or repaired. Some of the household appliances do not work properly, and the bed in one of the bedrooms is extremely squeaky. The mattress also sags, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The kitchen has a microwave and only a small cooktop, so it is not really suitable for preparing larger meals. An oven or an air fryer would have been a very useful addition for our stay.

Dobra lokalizacja 5 min po schodach do starego miasta.Fajne przestronne Jacuzzi wystarczające na 4 osoby chociaż fajnie gdyby gospodarz wcześniej włączył podgrzewanie wody.

W apartamencie było brudno,ręczniki dawno powinne być wymienione, cześć mebli i sprzętu już zniszczone. Szkoda bo obiekt ma duży potencjał spokojne mogła być ocena 9-10 gdyby ktoś zadbał o czystość i detale takie jak kawa,herbata środki czystosci nie tylko resztki pozostawione przez poprzednich gości.
