Quarry View Studio in Shrewsbury with Parking

We we thought we'd get away for our 20th anniversary for a couple of nights and we weren't disappointed, loved the setting on the river Severn and 10 min walk to the town. The owner of the property was exceptionally helpful and told us about the different walks in to town. It was so Peaceful to sit out and enjoy a drink and watch the various birds in the garden and boats going by. Had one issue with the lock which was fixed quickly by Tom and Hannah after an email. Excellent service.!

My only comments in this section aren't really any dislikes but maybe a few ideas on making it even better 1. Black out curtains in bedroom 2. Larger TV 3. Ironing board for the iron 4. Maybe a designated parking area through the double gate.?

Lovely property right by the river and an easy walk int town

Couldn’t get the door to lock from the inside

Situated in a good spot, close proximity to all the shops, bars and restaurants and plenty of places to visit around the area.

I was a bit disappointed that there were no shelves in the bathroom to put the toiletries anywhere.

We visited during a heatwave which made the property uncomfortably hot , probably due to the large flat roof. If ever a property deserved air conditioning , this is it
