The location
The cleanliness could of done with a deep clean cobwebs on the ceilings and behind blinds, cupboard shelves full of dust.

The location was great, easy access, great host. Cute and compact and plenty extras, coffee, washing up liq, jam, biscuits, soap, shower gel, books, monopoly, hair dryer, comfy beds.
Poor ventilation, no opening windows, the toilet didn’t refill from flushing, the extractor fan needs attention as it’s very noisy and the sofa sadly has stains. Quite a strong musty smell too.
