Cleanliness and convenience
Upstairs bedroom would benefit from a toilet. Stairs very steep and I felt we should have been made aware of that.

The property was lovely, extremely comfortable and very well furnished. It was a great location, very central, and the host was super helpful.
It was a little noisy at night due to being so central, but probably less so when the windows are shut and during the week (rather than weekends), and not a big issue. The stairs are quite steep, again not an issue but good to be aware of.
