The house is in a great location and beautifully presented. As soon as you enter you get a warm and welcoming feeling, attention to detail is stunning. The welcome pack was extremely welcome! Everything is just the highest quality and so well thought out - luxury without any stuffiness!

Delightful, home from home, close to town centre and all amenities.

This is a beautiful traditional property, very close to the river and Shrewsbury town centre. Street parking for small cars or in the very reasonable Frankwell Car Park which can be seen from the property (no charge evenings and Sundays). The host is exceptional, great communication from point of booking to leaving, amazing welcome pack including choice of milk and bread, marmalade, cake, fruit, teas, coffees and wine. You don't need to bring anything including toiletries. The property is so clean and well decorated/furnished it was home from home. There is a lovely garden to the front with flowers and garden furniture and a small court yard at the rear which gets the evening sun and is perfect for breakfast or an early evening drink. The town centre is just over the pedestrian bridge or the Welsh Bridge (road bridge), the Severn Theatre is just around the corner as are plenty of restaurants if you don't want to go into town. So much to see and do in Shrewsbury, I highly recommend the boat trip, also worthy of visiting are The Dingle, Quarry Riverside Park, museums and plenty of choice of places to eat by the river or in town, to suit all tastes and budgets. I will definitely be back.

True luxury, beautiful place to stay

beautiful house so tastefully decorated to a very high standard, spotlessly clean , very comfortable beds, great shower, very special welcome tray despite us rushing our hosts by not booking in advance, hosts very welcoming, approachable and helpful, lovely garden and court yard, everything you could need , sad to leave and would highly recommend, thank you David and Helen 😊

Thoughtful extras. Knew we were entertaining our grandkids for the weekend and had gone out of their way to have games etc available. Also the welcome pack was very generous.

Beautiful property that had everything we needed and more. Hosts attention to detail and welcome pack made our stay so much more pleasurable. Location was fantastic and lovely outdoor space. Friendly host who was attentive and easily contactable. Would recommend and look forward to returning.

Lovely place to stay

The hosts are great at giving the detaila when needed, before the stay. Also contactable if there is a query. Lovely accommodation. Decor & facilities supplied all made it a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Near to the main town, local shops, railway station and Visitor attractions.

Amazing home close to lovely river and town

Location was amazing close to everything but so quiet and lovely to hear the birds gently singing, the finish of the property was great and well equipped kitchen. Towels and bedding were 5 star hotel standard. We loved the house, so lovely to go back to after a day exploring. Helen took great care in leaving so food and drink when we arrived which made us feel very welcome.

Couldn't fault a single thing.
