Ideally located, a short walk from the historic town centre of Shrewsbury. And only a two minute walk, from the River Severn and Quarry.
Whether you're visiting for a quiet getaway or to explore the area, Number 2 is the perfect place to stay.
This deceptively spacious end-of-terrace house has been lovingly renovated, blending character with modern comfort.
At the heart of the home is a stunning bespoke kitchen diner, featuring an impressive quartz-topped island — the perfect social hub where you can relax on our comfortable swivel chairs. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with a large Rangemaster double oven and gas hob. The kitchen also offers plenty of storage space, along with the convenience of a dishwasher and washing machine to make your stay as easy as possible.
And for those who prefer to dine out, you’ll be spoiled for choice — the vibrant Frankwell neighbourhood offers several takeaways along with seven excellent bars and restaurants. Venture a little further into Shrewsbury town centre and the options become even more plentiful.
The living room is a warm and inviting space, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Two elegant sash windows — one south-facing — fill the room with natural light when the sun shines, while a gas-fired log burner creates a cosy atmosphere on colder evenings.
Throughout the house, high-quality secondary glazing ensures a warm and draught-free environment, while also minimising any external traffic noise.
Upstairs, a long and often sunlit landing offers lovely views towards the town centre. There are two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and charming boutique-style furnishings, and the other offering flexibility with a super king-size bed or two full-size singles, thanks to a zip-and-link option (please specify your preference when booking).

For added convenience, the property also benefits from a private parking space, ideal if on-street parking closer to the house is unavailable.
Number 2 is perfectly suited for couples, families, friends, or professionals working locally. All of our property and garden is available for guests' use.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property.
Please let us know at the time of booking or at least 5 days before your stay if you would like the Superking bed, set up as two singles.
Parking can tricky on Drinkwater st. However we do have a space you can use on Mount St. Directions to it will be sent out with the check in details.
Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone. The linen and the towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced.
We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
