Apartment Seven

It was beautifully decorated, spacious and very central. The beds are comfortable. Lots of cupboard space. Clean with good linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Great little balcony for sundowners and morning coffee. Quiet at night in the bedrooms. Easy walk to the town centre and train station.

Bring some ear plugs as trains can be a bit noisy

The apartment was large and modern, seating was comfortable. having the little balcony facing the street and green space beyond was nice, and good for drying clothes. The kitchen had plenty of facilities and cutlery. The bed quite comfortable and ensuite neat although small.

Some minor irritants, to an otherwise great experience. The main panel of push-button light switches was unnecessarily complicated, and one push button failed for us in the "on" position so we had foot lighting in the hall all night. Just replace them with rocker switches please. Three of the downlights in the living/kitchen had previously blown- hopefully that was attended to after we reported it and had left. We kept bumping our heads on the low light shades over the dining table. There was some loud rail noise during the evening, but we accepted that, it is a benefit to be so close to the station for carrying suitcases.
