It was lovely and spacious, clean welcoming and in a good location. Access was clear and explained. The beds were comfortable with good quality linens and towels.
The fan didn't work in our room, and the windows in the bedroom don't open. It would be nice to have more ventilation for the bedrooms.

Few points that we shared with the company but nothing at all that impacted on the enjoyment of our stay just general “ wear and tear” issues.

It’s very well located for town which is just a short walk and the downstairs is spacious
Several radiators didnt work so it was cold. We reported it and were told they were deliberately disconnected which makes no sense. It was very cold in the main bathroom so we couldn’t shower in there.It wasn’t particularly clean in some areas and we only had 3 forks and 3 teaspoons but 13 knives.
