Loved the property, spacious and plenty of room, very clean and tidy. I booked a 2 bed property for 5 people however feel you upgraded without request as there was availability, this was greatly appreciated 😁

Hand rail is loose on the stairs, no WiFi available as not working during whole of the stay, this caused difficulty as not everyone has lots of data on their phone package and communication had to be done by other means. If you have a large vehicle, access to the carpark is very tight. There are marks on one of the bathrooms doors which we hope aren't going to be blamed on us. I made the booking, however it was sister staying there, she completed the security check Inc email address as the main person staying, however you only ever emailed me but I wasn't staying, so I had to constantly forward details to my sister!!! Maybe you need to email the main person that is actually staying as well as or instead of the person that booked it. Not sure why the £100 deposit is taken before the stay, you request payment details surely you can collect deposit if needed. You also state that your account must have at least £200 in the account in order to refund, however if you pay on a credit card, how does this work as these don't hold monies as a balance!!!! I hope my sister will receive her refund without any issues.

Perfect location for three old veterans meeting friends at a reunion. It was lovely to come back and relax in calm spacious surroundings. Everything was spotless and very welcoming, will definitely be coming back and couldn’t recommend more. 10/10.

Nothing to be honest, if I have to be absolutely picky the mattresses could be more comfy, otherwise it was just what we needed.

Location was excellent. Secure environment. Collection of the keys and access to the property very clear and no problems in that regard. Good, secure parking for one car (perhaps even 2 as there is a visitors parking within the gated premises. 3min walk to the train station. Easy walk into town. Location is awesome.

The place was really nice. Maybe a little over priced. I don't like the fact that if you request an early check-in, you get charged an hourly fee. I understand the reasoning, however after staying at the property, the excuse does not carry any weight - we left the place (in terms of cutlery) cleaner than when we arrived. Price should cover an early check-in/check-out (of course to a degree, 1hr to either side is reasonable). One thing that is not disclosed is that there is no cabinet/wardrobe space. Be prepared to live out of your suitcase. There is some open hanging space on the wall (4-5 knobs that you can hang your clothes on hangars) but that don't accommodate underwear, socks, shorts, etc. That needs to be addressed.

Once we had parked up and headed inside we were delighted by the amount of room we had , the decor is lovely and tasteful, we liked how close we were to the town yet we had a nice quiet peaceful stay , it was very relaxing . The bedrooms were alittle warm for us , fans are in each bedroom but we would have liked more powerful ones to maybe consider . The apartments have some great history , and we said maybe some framed pictures of the old school would be a great idea to have in the apartment to know the history behind the building as it’s beautiful.

Everything was great

The beds were comfortable and the space was good. I also appreciated the Christmas tree, without that the room would of been flat. The location was good, and the the parking was a bonus although the road coming out of the building is very tight with a lot of parked cars.

1) When we arrived the heating hadn’t been on for a while and it was very cold and felt damp. 2 ) The next day someone came out to look at the heating and discovered there were no fuses in the plugs, my husband had to go searching around for fuses. 3) The bathroom tray had mould in the corner of it. 4) The heater in the main living area was coming away from the wall 5) The walls were dirty and needed painting 6) My husband had to spend his holiday time waiting in for the engineer to come and look at the cooker hob as when we we were about to cook tea the hob wouldn’t work, the tea had to be thrown away.The engineer fixed the problem but it occurred again on Christmas Day ! Very frustrating. We had a two ring electric plug in stove brought to us as a temporary measure, really to cook Christmas dinner, again wasted food. 7) Limited kitchen items, two teaspoons and a cup included in a set of six with a handle missing. 8) There are no drawers and no wardrobes so you had to put your clothes on a clothes rack in the main living area, completely unacceptable. The smell from the cooking and people viewing your clothes really isn’t ideal. 9) When we were leaving the property we stripped the beds as we always do, and was horrified to find we had been sleeping on a yellow stained mattress cover, and the duvet itself was stained. 10) The issues raised had a negative impact on the quality of our stay in the apartment and on our Christmas in general. We approached the company to ask if they would offer compensation regarding the issues and the reply was that the categories do not fit in the criteria for compensation, but offered to pay 10%of the amount for one night after deduction of commission and cleaning. The forms you have to sign to stay in this place are nothing short of ridiculous, to protect both sides and have transparency we were assured, obviously it only works one way.

Amazing location

Good location. Spotlessly clean and tidy. Wonderfully comfortably beds and pillows. Well stocked with tea, coffee and sugar. Needed help from owners in getting into property and the lady I dealt with was really accommodating and patient with me.
