Spacious and modern apartment in a quiet location, yet close to the station and Shrewsbury town centre. Well equipped with good facilities and very comfortable throughout our stay. Would happily return again.

Very nice modern apartment. Parking was good in an allocated space.
Xmas tree and decorations still up 3rd Feb.
Kitchen tap running all the time
No dishwasher tablets
Only 3 spoons for breakfast, there were 4 of us !
No toilet roll in the downstairs toilet and no spares available.
Shower broken in the ensuite
Radiator notcworking en suite and the living room, this made it chilly .
All these things put a damper and spoiled our experience of this apartment, which was a shame.
The charge of £10 for 1 hour extra at checking out time is also a bit steep.

The apartment was lovely, very spacious and plenty of seating for six of us
The towel radiator wasn't working in the en suite so it was very cold for showering

It’s very well located for town which is just a short walk and the downstairs is spacious
Several radiators didnt work so it was cold. We reported it and were told they were deliberately disconnected which makes no sense. It was very cold in the main bathroom so we couldn’t shower in there.It wasn’t particularly clean in some areas and we only had 3 forks and 3 teaspoons but 13 knives.
