lovely cottage, great location.
great location , two loos, good kitchen and facilities'
on arrival bathroom drains very smelly, got better as the stay went on , possibly lack of use? Pillows need replacing - very flat , beds could be comfier, especially the top floor ones Dishwasher not getting plates clean- we needed to handwash them on arrival. We checked the filter and that was clean. Sofa not comfy - and not enough seating in the living room can only seat 3 even though the cottage is for 4

Quiet convenient base to explore Shrewsbury
Quiet location, easy to drive to without navigating centre and then pleasant walk into town or to the river. Nice size and setup for our small group.
Sofa bed in use takes over lounge, quite difficult to walk around to the door. No privacy in lounge due to glass panes on internal door to kitchen, a blind here would make a huge positive. Slight confusion on what was requested at checkout, which actually was clearer in a message sent to me through booking but not seen in time than on instructions in home. Couldn’t find the very reactive smoke alarm that disliked grill/toaster.

Great stay during family wedding
Kerry was sensational from the get go and super professional but with a human touch, like leaving makings of tea and biscuits on the night of check in, so thoughtful! House is so clean and well put together lovely and unique, shower was really nice and we had a lot of fun here, location is amazing we made the most of it and will definitely be back in the future such a beautiful area and a lovely host!!

A great place to stay when visiting beatiful Shrewsbury.
Lovely cottage for a short stay. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the spacious shower cubicle. The walk into Shrewsbury is short and the welcome booklet that Kerry has produced for the cottage gave us some recommendations for pubs and restaurants to visit.
The neighbour banged on the wall while we were having dinner at 6:55pm in the evening. We were chatting round the table, no music on, no loud shouting but still the neighbour seemed to expect us to be quieter. I think the kitchen could probably do with some soft furnishings like a rug, tablecloth and cushions to help with sound proofing if a neighbour can hear 4 people eating next door.

Attic bed mattresses a bit thin, could feel the springs. Still slept.
