Strange and borderline racist remarks from the mother of the host. Flat was clean but very cold.

Mother of the owner made weird comments that were borderline, or over the line, racist. She went on with a speech criticising Rom travellers. She also made strange comments about the local immigrant community. Lastly, she seemed quite incredulous that me and my partner were a couple, despite walking in and driving together - as we are mixed raced. In terms of infrastructure, the sink was part broken and the flat was incredibly cold. I informed the owner and,while she politely explained that it is dependent on a central heating system, no provision of any independent/electric heating was given. I appreciate the centralised system but providing adequate heat to guest should be the responsibility of the host.

Excellent in every way - especially for a family

Everything! Very spacious clean and homely! The location is perfect, next to loads of shops, bakeries and cafes. Beds super comfortable, WiFi excellent. Tv had everything you need including Netflix etc. Verona 10/15 mins on a cheap bus and very regular. Bus stop was 5 mins away. Most importantly, hosts were lovely and always there to answer questions. Thanks again, we will definitely be back to your beautiful home.

Superbe appartement situé dans une ville magnifique.

Hôtesse très sympathique. Appartement très confortable et bien équipé. La salle de bain est efficace avec un grand lavabo et des rangements, et les trois grandes chambres sont meublées avec soin. Le salon et la cuisine sont très spacieux et parfaitement équipés. Le quartier est tranquille, avec une place de parking réservée devant l’immeuble, et il est proche des transports en commun, des commerces et du centre-ville.

Le seul petit bémol durant le séjour, qui n’est pas imputable à l’hôtesse, est le chauffage. En raison des restrictions énergétiques imposées par l’Italie, il faisait un peu froid dans les chambres. Cependant, nous avions à notre disposition des couvertures et des couettes supplémentaires, et finalement tout s'est bien passé
