Nice location near public transport and walk distance to city center. Spacy apartment and well equipped kitchen. Nice with 2 balconies

Spacious, good location with cheap parking.

It was spacious for a family of 5. You have enough room for everyone. The check-in was easy and everything went smoothly. Michele helped us with the parking space which costed just 5€. It was really a big help since we came from Germany with our car.

The paintings/ decorations on the wall are a bit creepy. The floor was also dirty that we vacuumed and mopped the floor first when we arrived.

Needs some major work. Bathroom is awful and has mould especially around the tub. The kitchen is worn with broken cabinets. Furniture is ok but needs an update. We were out a lot so it was less of a worry but it does need an update. Location is very good.

Beautiful Verona

Great location, spacious, air-conditioned, private parking, elevator. Close to bus stop, easy walk into the old town. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars close. Beautiful old dining table and chairs (the chairs do need maintenance for preservation)

There are maintenance issues - of which the host has been notified. The washing machine was not working properly - luckily there is a self-service laundromat only a few minutes walk away.

Perfect apartament for visiting Verona.

We liked the location, super safe parking in front of the building, cleanliness, facilities, beds where we slept very well, very discrete host (but solving everything,but in permanent contact with guests). Old furniture, Italian style, in good condition, well maintained.

Breve e intensa vacanza con l'uso della struttura limitato al solo riposo notturno.

Posizione e dimensioni della struttura, Parcheggio, wi-fi, Camere comode, ampio salone (anche se non sfruttato...), bel balcone e silenziosità. Rapporto qualità prezzo congruo.

Secondo me sarebbe da modernizzare il tutto. Il bagno principale è grande, ma si potrebbe ottimizzare con bagno doppio, box doccia e doppio lavandino. La cipolla della doccia schizzava ovunque e la vasca non era schermata; Il secondo "bagnetto/lavanderia" era solo per emergenze, ma piuttosto scomodo; la cucina, ben attrezzata, ma obsoleta con evidenti segni di usura.
