The location is perfect, very central and good value for money.
The room with the sofa bed is very noisy and I could not go to sleep until very late. Also I would have appreciated more prompt communication (I got the message with the code at around 3 the day we arrived 3. I asked the day before as I did no hear anything at all and I was told i would receive a message with instructions in the morning). I think the guest should receive an initial message few days before stating the instructions will arrive at 3 the day of the check in so he will not get worried.

Отличное расположение, две минуты до Арены Ди Верона, пять минут до дома Джульетты. Отлично оборудованные апартаменты, нет лифта, но нам было непринципиально.

Location is key, apartment is clean and air con was on at our arrival-thank you!
Hot water ran out after one shower so the rest of us had a cold shower. Couldn’t use two hair dryers at the same time or the electricity blipped so getting ready before the opera took twice as long.
No luggage storage facilities, we had to pay extra in a public storage nearby so overall it was a pricey stay.
