Great location for short trip

The location is perfect, very central and good value for money.

The room with the sofa bed is very noisy and I could not go to sleep until very late. Also I would have appreciated more prompt communication (I got the message with the code at around 3 the day we arrived 3. I asked the day before as I did no hear anything at all and I was told i would receive a message with instructions in the morning). I think the guest should receive an initial message few days before stating the instructions will arrive at 3 the day of the check in so he will not get worried.

Brief stop in centre town

Location is key, apartment is clean and air con was on at our arrival-thank you!

Hot water ran out after one shower so the rest of us had a cold shower. Couldn’t use two hair dryers at the same time or the electricity blipped so getting ready before the opera took twice as long. No luggage storage facilities, we had to pay extra in a public storage nearby so overall it was a pricey stay.

Fabulous find at a reasonable price.

The apartment is in the road next to the arena and we were visiting to watch an opera. The beds were large and comfortable. One double in a big bedroom and the other a double sofa bed in the living room which had been pulled out and made up for us.

The shower head holder was broken -very minor.

Exceptionally good location, can’t get any better than this!

The bed frame seemed to be a bit dated, the screws were a bit loose, the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. We spent there one night so was OK but for a longer stay it would have been a bit annoying.

The location was the best

AC was working but the position was not in the best place. It was very hot. There was no hot water not sure if was broken or not switched on we had no time to communicate with the owner to take measures.

PRIME location, easy place to come and go right in the heart of Verona

The location of this property is amazing! Easy, contactless check in and check out. Kitchen equipped with enough to support cooking if you needed to but you will need to bring or buy everything-- spices, oils, etc.. Close grocery store, shops, tourist attractions, bars very close to everything but not loud. Parking was easy and close by just ask the property for the parking garage name. Really a great stay!

The beds were not at all comfortable. The linens-- although outdated were still cozy. I would recommend the property invest in at least a nice mattress topper for the bedroom and new pillows. Also the pull out couch bed in the living room needs replaced! Kids managed but adults would not. We would still stay here again especially for 1 night because the location is so worth it!

Great little apartment. Fantastic location. Very organised instructions for arrival etc.

We booked a small self catered apartment for 5 adults. Very good facilities. We only stayed one night, so didn’t really use the kitchen, but it looked very well equipped. The location is the true attraction of this apartment. Less than one minute from the Arena, and well located for all the wonderful shops, markets, restaurants and historical architecture and sites.

I genuinely loved the apartment, but it is noisy. You are right in the centre of the hustle and bustle. I love fresh air, so I could easily have closed the windows!

Third floor apartment was a bad surprise!

Centrally located and closed to main touristic places and restaurants.

The apartment on the third floor is not of the same standard as the other ones. Bathroom and Kitchen are old and not convenient. The pictures of these rooms are not available on Booking so this was quite a bad surprise. Also the windows are not double glazing which makes it very noisy in the evening. Fortunately, we have been moved to the 2nd floor the next day, where the apartment was fully renovated. Nevertheless, it was not quite confortable to move during our stay with kids. As a conclusion, make sure to avoid the third floor apartment.

It's very central and quite a large apartment

The bedding for the sleeper couch left a lot to be desired. There were only some mismatched duvets in the cupboard that seemed a little dubious. The couch also seemed like it needed a good clean!

Perfect getaway! Excellent Value!! Aldi market very close!

EXCELLENT location- 1 block from the arena, 1 block from Dolce & Gabana, Michael Kors, all the great shops, steps from the Christmas market! Lots of restaurants! the train station is 3 stops by bus. the bus is literally 5 minute walk to the front door! Great restaurant across the street!

We didn’t understand how to set the heating. Toilet paper ran out. Didn’t realize there was a lift until hauling all suitcases to 4th floor! No view.

The flat is very close to the Arena

The beds are terrible. My back hurt for a week after three nights in the marital bed, which was as hard as a plank of wood. I would really advise to replace the mattresses. On our arrival the AC was leaking in the room but it was fixed a few hours later.

The host did not pick up the phone even though we called several times. The apartment was not clean and there was no soap and not a sufficient amount of toilet paper. The kitchen is poorly equipped and not inviting. The entire atmosphere (furniture/decoration) was rather cold.

La ubicación es excelente, a poca distancia de la Arena en la zona historica, buenos sitios para comer y comercio.

El aire Acondicionado esta molesando hay que revisar, no es grave y a pesar que es de buen tamaño la habitación, el hecho de ser un altillo la cubierta demasiado pronunciada incomoda un poco por la cercanía a la cama, pero esta bien.
