Excellent location and friendly staff. The car concierge was particularly friendly and professional and we would like to thank Shivon the driver for looking after our car. The facilities were good and we were provided with complimentary coffee and tea, which was also nice.
The property had no elevator unfortunately and that was a problem for us, although the staff offered to help with our luggage. The staircase was very dirty though (video), and one of the single beds was a very small size for kids (picture). Sofa bed was also uncomfortable and the aircon didn’t really cool the living room enough.
