Magnificent room, Dennis from reception was super and the location of the hotel is perfect. Everything was perfect and if we come back to Verona we will stay there again!

Online check-in was easy and smooth, and a staff member kindly waited for us on arrival to help with our luggage. The location could not be better, right in the heart of Verona with everything within walking distance. The suite felt luxurious and spotless, with the most comfortable slippers and a beautiful view over Piazza Erbe from the balcony. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the coffee and toiletries provided. The price was excellent for such a prime location and the level of comfort. The Wi-Fi did not work properly during our stay, but everything else was exceptional and we would happily stay here again.

The building, and the room were absolutely stunning, you could even say palatial. Spacious, modern yet fitting with the building and everything to hand you could need. The communications were fantastic, the location superb for access to everything in Verona within 15 minutes walk (30 minute walk to the train station). So for the property itself, there is nothing to fault. The noise however, there is a night club (we were there Thursday to Sunday) beneath the room and it is so loud that the bass vibrates the room windows; it runs until around 2-3am and there are gatherings outside equally as loud throughout that time, as well as the compulsory bottle bin emptying periodically. This really spoils what would be a wonderful stay and for that reason alone we would not stay here again, which is a shame. It’s noise is fine, but this is way way beyond that!

This made it easy for us to explore the city of Verona both during the day and at night. We were greeted by hotel staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. Such a great place to spend the night in Verona!

The location of this apartment was amazing. We stayed in the Roma suite. Right in the middle of the old town and a short walk from most of the key attractions. It’s located above one of the main piazzas of the city and surrounded by amazing restaurants and wine bars but not too noisy or busy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a classic Italian style, traditionally furnished, classical paintings on the ceilings, chandeliers, marble fireplaces etc. all incredibly grand and impressive. The highlight though was the balcony. Huge, well furnished and helpfully quite private, and surrounded by a wonderful backdrop of historic buildings around the piazza. Great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. I would definitely stay here again and I’d have no hesitation recommending it to others. I’ve marked it down one star because I felt bits of the apartment seemed a little bit knocked about. The walls and furniture of the porch as you entered were a little scruffy and some of the furnishings were the same - the work tops in the kitchen were damaged and the bed side tables although beautiful had similar damage. The wall in the kitchen behind the coffee machine also looked like it needed repainting etc, and the sink unit in the bathroom looked like it had seen better days. None of these were major things but I felt for a high end booking were noticeable enough to probably warrant some maintenance and attention. However I would definitely recommend.

It was a surprise for me that the apartment was exactly what was presented on pictures and description. Host, Cris contacted me two days before my stay making sure that we get all the important information about the nearest parking, and how to get and find properly. He was very professional and made sure that we felt welcome. He provided us with a list of recommended places and restaurants. The apartment and terrace are facing Piazza Delle Erbe and it's beautiful. Our stay was 10 out of 10. Thank you.
