Central location in old city, comfortable accomodation, we enjoyed our stay in Verona thank you. 😊

Comfortable apartment in convenient central location, secure underground parking at rear of property for an additional 10 Euro per night. Friendly staff greeting on arrival.

Fixing a few things would improve the guest experience: Slow WiFi, water temperature a bit cool for the shower. Kitchenware a bit ‘average’ … oven tray not clean on arrival, chipped crockery, no toaster etc. Towel rail in bathroom worn out and falling apart. Nothing major, but could be improved with a little attention to detail :-)

Very clean and modern. Good location.

The living area was very small for three people and there weren't enough seats for 4 people to sit comfortably on a sofa. OK for a couple of nights but xould t stay longer with four people. Very clean and good otherwise.

My rating would have been higher if it weren’t for the behavior of the managers of the accommodation facility and the unauthorized write-off of funds that violated the terms of the signed agreement.

in order: key pick-up at the office near the Castelvecchio fortress, but it is very difficult to park a car in the parking lot near the office - there are no free spaces. Parking near the apartment for one car - on the street for free with a city pass sticker, for the second car in the underground garage for 10 euros per day. the apartment is cold and damp. when we set the temperature to 24 degrees, the floors heated up to such a temperature that there was nothing to breathe with our nose and our feet were burning. There are no central heating batteries. There were no remote controls for the air conditioners. When leaving the apartment, we left the trash in a trash can in a special compartment in the kitchen (in the closet), and the property wrote off 50 euros from my card. At the same time, the contract indicates a cleaning cost of 85 euros. The trash is always removed by the staff of the accommodation facility in all hotels and apartments. Moreover, this is household waste that was in a garbage bag, in a garbage can. I think this is a bad method of earning money from clients. There are no such clauses in the contract, which means this is a violation of the terms of the contract.

Great apartment for Verona city, walkable to everything.

Location amazing for Verona Town and amenities, all walkable. Friendly staff on key collection at yhe office.

Air conditioning did not really work. Only one English TV channel, TV small. Side tables next to sofas.

The location was in ok distance to city center.

There were a few bugs in the kitchen near the sink. The sofa was somewhat uncomfortable and showed signs of use, causing noise at night. The bathroom also appeared to be worn.

Good Position- easy to find- quiet-clean-

Sheet didn’t fit one of the beds. -instructions for hot water lacking- Turning on hot water brought on under floor heating. One of the sofas was uncomfortable.

Great location and place to stay with the family.

Great location close to bars and restaurants and S. Zeno's church. A comfortable place to stay with the family, we truly appreciated having AC especially on the hottest days.

The mattresses and pillows on the single beds are cheap and uncomfortable - The place was clean except the tolelet which smelled. The garage door was not working, we had to wait for someone to exit in order to gain access and finally no coffee pot on site.

The property has everything that you needed for a stay. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc. The apartment was also double glazed, therefore quiet. The apartments were very clean and fresh. Excellent location. Also, nearby there was two supermarket, bars and restaurants with fabulous food. Another plus about the apartments is, it is not far to walk into the main area of Verona. We really enjoyed the walk along the river each day. My family and I would stay there again if we go back Verona. Dimore staff are extremely helpful.

Hidden Gem

It was great in terms of location, price, cleanliness. Really cozy and had everything we needed.

Some of the sockets didn't work and the beds weren't the most comfortable, but that's minor issues overall it was brilliant. No complaints.

We enjoyed our stay at Dimore. Great location and really cute and clean apartment.

Location is excellent! Near the historic city centre, stores and a lovely square with really good bars and restaurants. It was easy to reach by car and we really enjoyed it.

A very pleasant 3 nights in a very convenient location

Nice to have some staple cooking ingredients in the kitchen cupboard. Huge fridge. Handy microwave. Lovely bathroom. Excellent utility area with washing machine. Excellent air-conditioning Clean and functional

Pillows were hard and the double bed mattress sank in the middle. Lack of decent knives for eating and cooking. Only 4 large dinner plates.

Location

Apartment is old, door locked took sometime to open everytime we check in or came back to apartment. Could not locked from inside until we fixed it. Informed them few minutes after check in no response!!!! Apartment not so clean, car park so tight. Need to dispose garbage yourself. High price for the old apartment. Noisy on weekend nights till 3am. We were only told there was a Bike Giro tournament upon check in therefore we Need to be out of Verona before 8:30am to avoid road clousre. If we would have known earlier, we would have changed our destination. Overall did not like the apartment.

Ok for a short stay

The location is good, quite close to the city center and just 3 min walking distance away from the river. The paid garage is in the same street, just behind the building.

The place is located in the lower ground floor and it has little light. The dishwasher was not empty (it had dirty dishes) and the toilet seat was broken.

Excellent location if you wish to explore Verona. Nice osterias, cafes, supermarket literally around the corner. Very good apartment size for our family of 4. Parking was made available in the building next door, which was an added bonus. Easy key pick up and clear instructions

A wider range of small appliances would have been nice, like a toaster and a coffee machine (moka pot available). The single beds in the smaller bedroom were very wobbly (frame was moving), floors were quite dusty. Some plates and mugs had not been cleaned properly; this was an easy fix though since the place has a dish washer.

Apartment was comfortable for a family of 5. The apartment was fully furnished. Washer machine, oven, microwave, full fridge. Stores are right around corner and restaurants.

Hard to find parking. Theres parking right outside apartment but doesnt matter. 1st come 1st serve. Other than that everything was lovely. You have to pick up keys from another location, wasnt a problem though.

Besides the parking situation the stay was nice.

The property itself was very cozy. It accommodated the necessary space needed. The bathroom could have been bigger. An additional one would have been nice for the two bedroom apartment.

Parking was terrible. We had to park a couple blocks away from the apartment each day. There should be a parking space provided for the property that is rented.

Terrible

Nice residential area, supermarket is very close, no problems to find parking, a very nice walk to the city center (Arena) - it is 15 min. mostly by riverside. Also a very nice pizzeria on the way (I think the name Vesuvio)

The appartment is terrible, we paid for 90 m2, but got no more than 60 m2 (i think it is number 27a) - there is always such a risk with appartments but in our case it was a real disaster. The bed is very hard, impossible to open windows (ground floor), wi-fi is not stable and we were not informed in advance how to deal with that - you really don't have a right to rent your property without stable wi-fi these days. When I've asked the host why the appartment is so small and not what we've paid for - the answer was in style "don't know"... We stayed in Verona 7 days overall and thanks god we rented this appartment for only 3 days, it was worth to repack the whole family and move to a much much better appartment in Verona for the same price.

Great choice but bad luck?

Location, fully renovated, well equipped and good responsiveness

We arrived on a very hot summer night and found out the 2 air conditioners of the flat were not working. We reached the administrator and came with a handyman but we’re not able to repair them. They did provide one mobile air conditioning small unit which was noisy and was not enough for all the bedrooms for the 3 hot nights. Also watch out not using all the appliances at the same time because the power goes off and again you will need to reach out to administration to find where the central switch is. Things you don’t want to spend time with trying to solve or find solutions during holidays. Also worth mentioning that in the cleaning fee, easing the dishes and taking the garbage to the street is not included.
