Location was excellent, walking distance to the center. Loads of space with big rooms for the 3 of us.

Codes for entry on arrival were not sent in advance so we couldn't enter the property when we first arrived.

The apartment is huge, clean, well-equipped and mostly (!) very quiet - unless the people above listen to their music on Saturday evening. ;-))) A living room was "sacrificed" for a second bedroom, but the kitchen is very large, table for six. There's also a wonderful balcony with morning sun, access from the kitchen and the first bedroom. It's close to several supermarkets, the historic town centre and the station (for trips to nearby cities like Vicenza, Padova, Venezia, Mantova, Bologna, Brescia etc. Italian trains are highly recommendable! Clean, cheap, in time!) The owner is very helpful, lots of advice - though if you have a question call him, he never answers mails or text messages! ;-))) And please, add a teapot to the kitchen equipment!

the apartment is spacious and in perfect condition, mostly clean.

the host unfortunately, at the beginning with the check-in time, caused a lot of stress on our trip, was inflexible and arrogant, even to the point of disconnecting the phone in our face and not answering more. however, after solving all the problems, was friendly at the moment of receiving us.

Es war für unseren Kurztripp genau die richtige Unterkunft, kurze Wege in die Innenstadt und zur Arena.

Es gab in jedem Raum außer im Bad eine Klimaanlage. Die Betten waren gut. Trotz Lage an einer Straße mit Busverkehr sehr leise, da die Wohnung zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Und es gibt einen Aufzug.

Die Küche war zwar ausreichend ausgestattet, aber die Kochtöpfe könnten erneuert werden.

Location vicina al centro storico

Posizione eccellente per visitare a piedi tutto il centro storico di Verona. In particolare a 10 minuti di strada dall'arena. La casa è spaziosa, materassi comodi e cucina, oltre a sale,olio,aceto e sapone per i piatti ( non è normale consuetudine) con cialde di caffè e tè. Bagno pulito (con qualche traccia di "antico" sul lavello), con dispenser di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. Phon professionale ed eventualmente c'è ne fosse bisogno, asse da stiro. Comodo il pass per parcheggiare vicino casa (attenzione alle vie consentite) gratuitamente. Questo permette di evitare il vicino parcheggio gratuito, perché soggetto a continue effrazioni.

Con qualche piccola attenzione in più, diventa perfetta
