The location was good, easy access to the old town and public transport.
The apartment was spacious and the rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped.
The parting was in the garden of the building which was a bonus.
The apartment was cold and the heating (radiators size) was inadequate for the size of the apartment.
It is probably a pleasant apartment/accommodation in summer, but in winter it was cold. The thermostat was in a locked box and also time-controlled - switched off during the day and the temperature was set to 19 degrees Celsius. For people with heart problems the heating was inadequate. The apartment heating was on during the morning hours until 9 or 9.30 am, and in the evening, switched off after 9.30 pm. The only way to stay warm was to be in bed under the layers of blankets.
There was a limited supply of warm water, only in the morning and evening so we had to be careful when to shower if we did not want to have lukewarm showers.
I would prefer to get instructions how to get in the property at least a few hours before the check in time.
