Lovely apartment to stay, but not in winter!

The location was good, easy access to the old town and public transport. The apartment was spacious and the rooms were good size. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The parting was in the garden of the building which was a bonus.

The apartment was cold and the heating (radiators size) was inadequate for the size of the apartment. It is probably a pleasant apartment/accommodation in summer, but in winter it was cold. The thermostat was in a locked box and also time-controlled - switched off during the day and the temperature was set to 19 degrees Celsius. For people with heart problems the heating was inadequate. The apartment heating was on during the morning hours until 9 or 9.30 am, and in the evening, switched off after 9.30 pm. The only way to stay warm was to be in bed under the layers of blankets. There was a limited supply of warm water, only in the morning and evening so we had to be careful when to shower if we did not want to have lukewarm showers. I would prefer to get instructions how to get in the property at least a few hours before the check in time.

The sofa bed in the lounge is not secluded from the hallway so little privacy. Not a major issue but maybe curtain across the room would help.

Location is near to train station and the apartment is big enough, we were 5 people and we were very comfy, the owners were really supportive and helpful.

There is no stores or markets or restaurants or bar near the property, we tried to find something around at like 8pm and there was nothing to walk by

Very nice flat, spacious, large rooms, good atmosphere! Beds a super comfy! Private parking is very practical just in the garden of the building! Communication was easy, we got the keys when we arrived! I can only recommend

Great location. About 20 mins flat walk from arena and centre. Flat was clean and better than online pictures. Comfy and all facilities worked. Host was great and gave some useful tips on arrival. Would stay again. Thank you.

The apartment was spacious, clean, quiet and in a great location.

The water heater didn’t work and the radiator in one of the bedrooms leaked but they were very responsive and handled both issues quickly and seamlessly.

Worst experience we ever had, terrible staff and below satisfactory apartment state.

It was my worst experience ever in my 15+ years of travelling. We have advised when we are arriving in advance and property was not ready for arrival. We have called the number specified on booking.com and no one answered (wrong number provided). Just when we got to the apartment block there was different number by the door which worked. Gentelman advised someone will arrive in 10 minutes. We have waited for an hour for someone to arrive, and when we called for updates he just dropped the phone without talking. Although our card was specifiend and connected with booking.com. they brought wrong device and were insisting on paying them in cash as they “don’t have device with them”. When we were asking for the property manager to lower his voice tone he did not bother listening and disconnected call again. Absolutely worst experience, do not recommend!

Besides issues with check in and company insisting on paying them cash, apartment was quite dirty (lots of dirt on the floor, bathroom in below than satisfactionary condition, kitchen appliances had old food stuch on it etc). Generally, their attitude was a major turn off, and unless you have 2h+ extra in Verona and lots of patience waiting for them to do check in, it is nkt worth booking.

It was a perfect apartment except for one single thing. The double bedroom light switcher is located outside of a room near the bathroom. So be prepared to wake up due to the light turning on because someone from another room tried to turn the light on in the toilet and picked the wrong switcher.

Faltó descripción más detallada del acceso al estacionamiento: debido a que se localiza casi en una esquina y llegamos por una calle muy transitada y sin anuncios evidentes del acceso al auto, tuvimos que dar 2 vueltas muy amplias para acceder. Somos foráneos y no conocíamos los alrededores.

Ampio, comodo appartamento per 4 persone vicino al centro di Verona

Appartamento ampio, ben curato ed arredato con ampia cucina in posizione strategica vicino alla stazione e a 20 minuti a piedi da piazza Bra (Arena). Ci sono comunque autobus comodi per il centro. Il giardino del condominio permette il parcheggio interno gratuito che anche evitano i divieti di parcheggio in strada dovuti anche alla presenza di lavori di ristrutturazione delle strade antistanti all’edificio.

Vi fikk for lite info om hvordan ankomst var, og da vi kom og trengte kontakt med vert, fikk vi kun telefonsvarer med info på italiensk!!! Det kostet oss mye ekstra tid og ekstra transport.Det er OK å ha sen innsjekking, men info og kontakt med utleier var elendig i timene før.
