Clean and nice, but address to correct

All clean and living room spacious.

The address listed is wrong. The taxi I reserved on booking.com was linked automatically to the address of the reservation so the taxi took me somewhere else. When arrived to the right address, there are two identical external gates, few steps from each other, so for a moment I panicked as could not find the lock with the key; when I tried to call few times, got no answer. Luckily I kept walking to the next gate and it was there!

Sofa bed was not made up for 3rd person. No kettle to boil water and very little kitchen basics. Would be more of an impact for longer stay occupants. We just did 1 night so we managed.

Great location, decent stay!

The location is optimal to walk to city center and Arena. It’s clean and tidy.

The room was extremely cold when we checked in. Only an AC in the hall works to warm up the room. A portable radiator in the bedroom would help.

Nice residence in an excellent location!

The location was excellent. Next to Piazza Bra (The Arena) and lots of restaurants. The room was nice. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The kitchinette and accessories were enough to enjoy your stay. It was close to all you need to see in Verona. You don't need any car or bus to see everything.

A bit noisy as it was in the centre next to restaurants. The shower is a bit small.

Verona is a lovely city and the Residenza Pozzani is ideally placed as it is in walking distance of all the main sites

The apartment is very centrally placed on a pedestrian road very close to the Piazza Bra in one direction and the Castelvecchio in the other. He owners were very helpful in the fact that we arrived early in the morning and we were allowed to leave our bags and then check in later. They contacted us to let us know that the apartment was ready well ahead of the official check in time.

Great central location

The location of this property was ideal as we were attending an event at the Arena di Verona. It was easy to access keys. The apartment was adequate, comfortable beds. It was a hot summer day and the air conditioning is not very efficient/cool. Likely due to the heat and the 3rd floor location of the apartment. The shower was a little temperamental and leaked onto the floor. Good place to stay for accessibility - near town center, food, attractions.

Incredible location in the Old Town. Remote access was convenient, spacious rooms and washing machine was a fantastic bonus. Surrounded by Cafes, restaurants & supermarkets.

Un buon soggiorno, con qualcosina da migliorare!

Io e mio marito ci siamo trovati bene presso Residenza Pozzani. L’appartamento era confortevole, delle giuste dimensioni, abbastanza pulito e ben riscaldato, anche se a volte il riscaldamento risultava un po’ troppo alto. La posizione è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: strategica, comodissima per raggiungere l’Arena di Verona e il centro. L’host è stato molto disponibile, fornendo spiegazioni chiare ed essendo pronto a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze in caso di necessità.

Ci sono però alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati. Nel palazzo, lungo le scale, c’era un fortissimo odore di sigaretta o fumo che risultava piuttosto fastidioso. Inoltre manca l’ascensore e l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano, dettaglio da tenere in considerazione. I vicini hanno litigato spesso e i rumori erano molto forti; anche la caldaia all’interno dell’appartamento si sentiva parecchio, quindi per chi ha il sonno leggero può essere difficile riposare bene. Nonostante ciò, la posizione resta davvero top e rende il soggiorno complessivamente positivo.

Céntrico pero poco descanso

Es Céntrico y bonito. El check in es muy cómodo, ya que todo es digital.

Aunque ya sabía que era un tercero sin ascensor...eran bastantes escaleras y estrechas. Lo peor fue que el vecino de abajo estuvo insultando y dando golpes hasta las tantas de la mañana...eso nos dió bastante inseguridad y mi hija pequeña no pudo dormir del miedo. Que el gas estuviera a la vista tampoco nos gustó.

Palazzo d’epoca molto bello in una via storica. A pochi passi dall’Arena. Appartamento all’altezza di ciò che mi aspettavo. Pulito, confortevole, piacevole, senza fronzoli spesse volte antiestetici piu che gradevoli.

Alles ein bisschen lieblos: grelles Deckenlicht, das erste Mal in meinem Leben Weingläser aus Plastik, typisch italienische Wolldecke statt ein leichtes Federbett wie das andere Gastgeber in Verona machen, Schimmel im Bad, Löcher in den Kacheln in der Dusche, das eine Tür das Parkett kaputt macht wird hingenommen / nicht repariert, kein Licht in der Küche, keine Küchenhandtuch in der Küche - das geht doch einfach ein bisschen liebevoller. Dass eine Lampe kaputt ist (letztes Bild, Lampe links neben der Tür) und nicht gecheckt wurde - das ist blöd aber kann vorkommen. Nach konstruktiver Kritik über WhatsApp keinerlei Reaktion - warum ? Ist das dem Vermieter total egal?

La posizione è centralissima, l’appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente.

Ho prenotato per due persone ma ci sono stati forniti solo 1 asciugamano per le mani per entrambi e un telo doccia a testa per il corpo. Non è presente il bidet ma solo uno scomodo doccino.

Non mi era chiaro (perchè ingenuamente non ho letto ''Domande dei viaggiatori'' ) il fatto che fosse un 3° piano senza ascensore, in un edificio vetusto con quindi gradini molto alti. Per chi viaggiasse con bambini, anziani o animali, penso sia veramente di difficile gestione. Consiglio di specificarlo.

Con pochissimo sforzo potrebbe essere veramente molto molto buono

Ottima posizione, strada molto centrale ma tranquillissima. Appartamento pulitissimo. Noi siamo stati per una sola notte per uno spettacolo all'arena, e probabilmente per un altro spettacolo all'Arena ci tornerei e ci tornerò. Ma per non più di una notte.

Abbiamo dormito nell'Appartamento Deluxe e mi sembra che i gestori di questo alloggio si siano persi in un bicchiere d'acqua. Ma andiamo con ordine: innanzitutto a prenotazione confermata e importo non riborsabile pagato arriva un messaggio che comunica per l'immobile un indirizzo diverso da quello indicato al moento della prenotazione. Posizione anche migliore, ma se per una quache ragione l'indirizzo fosse stato determinante nella scelta? Doveva essere comunicato in maniera molto più chiara e in tempi adeguati. All'arrivo - giornate estive di super caldo - sarebbe stato molto molto piacevole e al giorno d'oggi molto molto normale- e ai gestori sarebbe costato circa 1 euro - trovare una bottiglietta di acqua in frigo. Niente da fare. In bagno il dispenser del sapone per le mani era vuoto, anzi peggio: com si fa a casa quando si resta senza sapone la sera tardi era stato allungato con acqua, risultato .. mah! Sul letto abbiamo trovato 1 solo cuscino a testa: abbiamo cercato nell'armadio e ne abbiamo trovati altri due ma, ahimé, erano senza federe. Ci siamo arrangiati coprendoli con gli asciugamani. Aria condizionata solo in soggiorno: in camera si sentiva veramente poco, anche per la disposizine delle stanze. Ultimo appunto: all'arrivo nessun contatto da parte dei gestori, che però hanno invato un messaggio la mattina dopo per sapere se era andato tutto bene. A un'ora dal check out? Che senso ha? Sarebbe stato molto più apprezzabile se il messaggio lo avessero mandato all'arrivo

에어컨이 약한데다가 계속 물이 새는 문제가 있었습니다. 호스트에게 연락하니 다음날 바로 조치했지만 해결되지 않았습니다. 외부 소음이 그대로 들려서 귀마개를 해야 했습니다. 3층인데 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐이 많은 경우에는 힘들 것 같습니다.
