We loved this stay, however A/C is not what we are used to in the U.S. The rooms were beautiful and everything was very nice and spacious.

Overall the property and location were amazing! The only hitch was communication. The property management relayed the correct information to get in the building. However, the code to secure the key was wrong. Fortunately a nice couple who also were staying there and who experienced the same initial key issue were able to help contact the managers. Once in, all was great. Just be sure to have a phone and the contact numbers. The management also may want to consider using WhatsApp to stay in contact with guests at the start of a stay.

Don’t do it. It’s terrible because I was never given the code to enter the apartment in the first place. The email they sent asked me to download an app first!! What an inconsiderate request given I was outside the apartment at the time with no cell service and my phone was dying because I was traveling to get there and there was absolutely no one to help. They could have easily just sent the code in the confirmation email. It was infuriating, I was stranded outside with my family so I ended up going somewhere else. If I had known there was no one to help to enter the apartment I would never have booked it in the first place. They should have a warning BEFORE booking a non refundable stay. Never again. If you don’t speak Italian don’t book any apartments.

Very nice suite room accommodation. 3 minutes walk to the arena and shopping area. Easy to get there with public transport. Groceries is around the corner. Perfect location to discover Verona and also to go the Venice take you around 01:45 for accommodation to Venice station Santa Lucia

Firstly the communication prior to our arrival was excellent and very accommodating as we had encountered delays and cancellations and arrived very late into Verona. The owner trusted us to provide us with the necessary codes to enter the building which we greatly appreciated, even though we had been unable to fill in the necessary paperwork until we had arrived at the apartment. The apartment had a separate bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom was large and clean. A small kitchenette had everything you needed to prepare a meal, but we didn't need to use those facilities. The downside was, we had a lot of large heavy luggage and there was no lift. There was meant to be a lift from what we read at time of booking, but it was not operational. This made it very difficult to check in and out with so much luggage. The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk to Piazza Bra - restaurants, cafes, shopping etc. We enjoyed our stay at Verona Romana Apartments

The location of the apartment is excellent within three minutes’ walk from the arena. There is a plethora of restaurants nearby and a grocery store two hundred meters away. The apartment is nicely decorated st first glance. Getting into the apartment was relatively easy except that once in a while, the key wouldn’t function properly. Unfortunately, the apartment is very dark even with bright sunshine outside. The bed is extremely hard; indeed we woke up with aches all over. The pillows are rock hard and extremely uncomfortable . We will not stay there again.

The location of this property is fantastic for exploring Verona. Only a short walk from many attractions including the arena. There is a fantastic restaurant right next door. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. Would recommend to anyone visiting Verona.

It was really comfortable for family of 4. Easy to find the location and perfect to look around Verona. Most of all, very clean flat and owner was very helpful with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

I TRULY ENJOY VISITING VENICE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME RENTING FROM A HOMEOWNER.THE PROPERTY WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED, AND THE HOST WAS ACCOMMODATING. I WAS VERY COMFORTABLE DURING MY STAY. IT WAS A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. I WOULD STAY IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN, AND RECOMMEND IT TO OTHERS.
