Great place for staying

Clean and nice apartment, the owner is nice and friendly. The location is close to the railway station, but pretty safe A little far from downtown

The check-in time is fixed, and for a group of four, they provide only one key. Access to the apartment is a bit complicated.

We enjoyed our stay, relaxing and the apartment is well situated to explore Verona.

The hosts are exceptional at communication. We were met at the property, on time, as advised and shown the place. The apartment is very well-organised, well spaced and carefully thought out for comfort and for everything we needed. The air-conditioning worked well and was easily adjusted for our needs so, despite the hot weather, we were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped for everything needed to cook our food, and to make tea and coffee. The hosts respond well to questions and difficulties. When we had a difficulty with the front door key, the host responded almost immediately to help us. The location was wonderful with shops nearby. Every day we walked into Verona, but the buses run frequently.

Clean, comfortable and quiet

Very clean, secure apartment. The bed was comfortable. There is a large fridge and freezer, an electric teapot, stove, and microwave (though we were unfortunately outsmarted by the microwave). Air conditioning was great! The location is about 25-35 minutes from old town by foot. There is a grocery store a 5 minute walk away. And a couple of nice little eateries (check out Riki and Mauri). Check in and check out was super easy. We were able to leave our bags after check out and were even able to book a ride to the airport through our host - I definitely recommend this - it's faster and less expensive than public transportation.

We had a great stay! A couple more glasses/mugs and a balcony table would be nice, but we were happy with everything that was there. A little tip for the next guests: The front gate to the building has a sticky lock - we found it faster to reach the key through the gate and turn the lock from the inside.

Hermoso apartamento en Verona

El apartamento es realmente muy lindo y cómodo, te sentis como en tu casa. Es amplio, todo estaba limpio y ordenado mejor incluso de lo que muestran las fotos. El dueño nos recibió muy amablemente y nos dio indicaciones sobre las instalaciones y la ciudad. Esta a 20 minutos del centro caminando, también tenes un bus a la vuelta que te deja perfecto en la arena si no queres caminar. Super recomendable.

Ottimo alloggio, anche se decentrato

I gestori sono particolarmente disponibili e gentili. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli tranquillamente lʼultimo giorno, da quando abbiamo lasciato l'appartamento fino a che non siamo ripartiti. Lʼappartamento è pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort (frigo, macchinetta del caffè con cialde, addirittura lʼasse e il ferro da stiro). Decisamente sopra la media.

Lʼappartamento è piuttosto decentrato, per quanto fosse vicino alla stazione. Per arrivare allʼarena ci vuole una mezz'ora di camminata a passo svelto, ma la zona era tranquillissima quindi non era un problema ritornare la sera tardi.

Mieszkanie ładne, nowocześnie urządzone i bardzo czyste. Dobrej jakości wi-fi. W pobliżu sklepy, a do centrum Werony około 25 minut spacerem. Okolica spokojna. Świetny kontakt z gospodarzem.

Excelente estancia en Verona

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y cerca una parada de autobús para ir al centro de la ciudad. Además, el apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades necesarias, de hecho es un punto a favor que tenga cocina y aire acondicionado. En nuestra estancia Federico ha sido muy atento y nos ha recomendado muy bien.

Super séjour dans un endroit calme et facile d accès

Le fils du propriétaire est venu nous remettre les clés en mains propres. Le logement est récent, très spacieux, la literie très confortable. Le bus s arrête dans une rue parallèle, pas loin du logement. Très appréciable le bar au coin de la rue et le supermarché à proximité. Nous regrettons de n avoir passé que 2 nuits. Nous recommandons ce logement +++

Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub in einer wunderschönen Wohnung.

Es war sehr sauber. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich für einen Urlaub wünscht. Es gab sogar Kaffeepads und Teebeutel in der Küche. Ich hätte mir vielleicht im Bad einen Aufhänger mehr für die Handtücher gewünscht.

Mir hat alles gefallen. Es war ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub.

Ubytování které neurazí

Ubytování na půl cesty z autobusového nádraží nebo z hlavního náměstí. Kufry šlo uložit v jednom místním podniku. Zde byla možnost sleva 20% na vše z jejich menu. Ubytování čisté a pohodlné.

Ubytování se špatnými vstupními dvěmi do bytu. Chvilkami nešlo odemknout. Ubytování je spíše pro pár s jedním dítětem. Majitel zde vložil druhou dvoulůžkovou postel před kuchyň (původně to byl obývák). V tu chvíli bylo málo místa v kuchyni na sezení, doplnil bych že zde byla malá kuchyň a né úplně dobře vybavená. Co se mi nelíbilo byla komunikace a informace k ubytování (jak se dostat do bytu). V poslední řadě šílený hluk z ulice.

krásný a útulný byt kousek od centra

Majitel po předchozí domluvě nám nabídl uložení zavazadel dříve než bude ubytování uklizené. S majitelem jsme se tak setkali, kufry šlo před časem check-in uložit dříve. Jelikož jsme přijeli v něděli obchody měli jen do 13:00 což nás infromal opět majitel a mohli jsem si dojít rovnou nakoupit a nákup též uložit do bytu. Informoval nás i o dopravě do centra. co se týče ubytování, krásný čistý byt, v obou pokojích klimatizace, prostorná koupelna.

Jedna postel byla rozkládací gauč, nebyl špatný ale dost vrzal a matrace hrozně měkká, kam jsem se otočil jsem se propadl. jinak vše bylo vynkající.

Una casetta assolutamente perfetta e completa di tutto. Comoda, pulita, silenziosa, fresca e in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere il centro città. Federico ci ha fatto trovare caffè latte e acqua in cucina a nostra disposizione per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Vi dico solo che il letto ha anche il topper, il piatto doccia è in pietra naturale scuro quindi non scivoloso e sempre pulito, la doccia ospita comodamente due persone, finestre in tutte le stanze più il balcone in cucina.

El apartamento está como nuevo, Federico muy amable y detallista, tiene cafetera de cápsulas y cafetera italiana, la ubicación está bastante bien, volvería sin dudar.

Quizás me faltó alguna tienda abierta por la noche o yo no las vi.
