The apartment was located in a very nice area just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and ready to help anytime.

Location - clean - comfortable

The best impression of this apartment is location in the city center with a garage parking and how easily we checked in and out. We got in details every information before we even asked. Paid everything online. Apartment is clean and comfortable, street is quiet, only 10min walking to the best coffee shop in Verona. Host has very good recommendations for everything but we stayed only one night and haven’t have time for it. Next time we will be check those for sure. This is not 5 star hotel, so you can not expect that, but for an apartment is 10 of 10.

Access to garage is too steep and part when you enter from the steep part to flat is tricky for the regular cars especially if the car has long front. For the SUVs and for the bigger car it won’t be a problem. This is just a reminder to other guests to be careful. Also it would be nice if you have key from the garage to open the gate so that we won’t need to go around to open and to leave the key after check out. Just suggestion 🙂

Great sized room with all the items you could need. Parking was great. They made it SO easy to get access to the unit. It was a quick walk into town. We will stay here again on our next trip up to Verona for sure.

Overal it was very nice stay. I can recommend this appartment!

The apartment was quite spacious, with a lot of light and clean. Everything looked new. The host was very nice and responsive. The location was excelent if you like it quite and calm. It was very close to the city center.

I think the sofa in the living room was not perfect. One of guests was sleeping there. In case you need two people sleep on that sofa it might be not that comfortable. Main bed in the bedroom was very good though.

Great place with parking close to the center

The checkin process was very easy, the car parking was great in a covered, underground parking which was protected with a gate. The flat was nice and spacious, clean and it was an easy few minutes walk to the center.

I was continously sneezing in the morning when I woke up. Not sure what it was from, e.g. air con needs cleaning or dust flying around.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to the opera, which was incredibly convenient. Perfect for exploring the area and enjoying everything Verona has to offer. Highly recommended!

The apartment is in a great location and has been recently renovated, which gives it a fresh and modern feel. Check-in was available after 3 PM and check-out by 10 AM. Instructions were sent via WhatsApp, which was a bit inconvenient since I don’t use the app — I had to rely on a friend staying with us to access the information. However, the instructions were clear and accurate. We really appreciated the recommendations for nearby restaurants — they were thoughtful and helpful. The free Wi-Fi was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the signal was very weak and worked only intermittently during our stay.

The apartment is advertised as suitable for four adults with two separate sleeping areas. The queen bed was comfortable, but it only came with one set of bedsheets, which might not work well for non-couples sharing a bed. The second bed, a pullout sofa, was not comfortable for adults. Two of us had a difficult night’s sleep and experienced back and neck pain the next morning. I would strongly recommend the hosts upgrade this sofa bed if the apartment is to be offered as accommodation for four adults.

Great location, but unfortunately the rest of the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.

The bed in the bedroom was comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep. The terrace was a lovely spot to relax. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants…. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting the area near center

Unfortunately, our experience was the best. The bed in the living room – actually a sofa – was the worst sleeping arrangement we’ve ever encountered. The metal bars supporting the bed were extremely unstable and wobbly, and we were genuinely afraid it might collapse. We didn’t get any proper sleep because of it. Access to the bathroom is only possible by passing through the bedroom, which was quite inconvenient, especially during the night. It was also very noisy – we had the window open at night, and there was a constant sound of something turning on and off, like a compressor, which disturbed our sleep even further. The entrance to the garage has a very steep incline, so you need to be extremely careful not to scrape the car. The garage, although part of the building, is not included in the price – the parking spots cost €10 per day. We also had to pay the city tax separately, and the amount was higher than what was stated in the apartment information. Additionally, we didn’t receive all the necessary information in one go. We had to exchange multiple messages to arrange the key pickup, followed by a lot of instructions and video links. Then again, more messages and videos for the parking situation. This process was a bit tiring, confusing, and time-consuming. As a small suggestion, it would be very helpful to simplify and streamline the check-in and parking instructions, ideally sending all the key information in one clear message. It would save guests a lot of time and reduce stress upon arrival.

Great rooms, lovely view from the kitchen. The only thing we laughed about was the drop in water pressure while showering, but it really wasn't that big a deal. Great location minutes to groceries, sights and fantastic restaurants. Staff was helpful and friendly Great spot for our family!

It was ok for one night stay.

Location, coffee machine and coffee supply, water in the fridge. In overall it was modern, neat and clean.

Warm water run out for our 3 members family while taking quick evening showers. Not full kitchen equipment ( one wine glass, no wine bottle opener for holidays in Italy we found disappointing). You can easily hear people from neighboring apartments). No hangers in the apartment to hang coats or wet towels after a shower. Only hangers in closets. Difficult to find way to the garage in a rainy evening. Would be better to get gps location rather than video with instructions from the apartment. It would be nice if garage could be used longer than only till check out time considering the price.

A great place to stay.

It’s hard to fault anything, the room was spacious and very clean, the property had a fabulous quiet location just outside the city walls.

It would have been the perfect stay if the heating hadn’t been turned off during the night. The temperature outside was just below freezing so when I woke at 3am with no heating it was hard to keep warm and therefore impossible to sleep further which rather ruined the day. Obviously this isn’t a problem in warm weather!

I like the flat

The Communication with the landlord was very very slowly. I got 5 reminds to send our IDs and nobody rechecked that we made it long time ago. It was really confusing. We got an information about the key very late.

This apartment does not deserve to be on Booking.com

The location of the apartment was good. And the area in front of the apartment was good. The building in which the apartment is located was well decorated. The building can be reached easily using navigation.

A lot of it was bad. Communication with the owner was disastrous. Although it was offered through Booking.com that we could call one hour before arrival to check in, the owner did not allow us to do so. He forced us to check in online, which extended our arrival by half an hour, as we stood in the car on the way to check in. Upon arrival, there was no parking space for apartment guests in the garage. We duly paid for the spot and stopped in a neutral spot, but a day later we received a written warning on the car that we had stopped in a reserved spot and to move out! The air conditioners in the apartment did not work well. In the apartment, the doors of the rooms (especially the bathrooms) could not be closed properly. No one came to collect the city tax. That's why we left it in the key box, along with the garage money, even though they didn't deserve it. In the end, we had the feeling that the owner of the apartment, with as little effort as possible around the guests, wants to collect as much money as possible. We agreed that this apartment does not deserve to be on Booking.com

Comfortable accommodation in the heart of Verona, 10 minutes' walk from Verona Arena. There was also the possibility to park the car in the garage.

Dirty room, missing room glasses, cutlery, faulty lights - Such a let down.

The room hadn't been cleaned properly, it was supposed to be a fully furnished apartment. There was no glasses, wine glasses, spoons and other items to cook with. Two lights didn't work and generally the room was dirty. We contacted the apartment and they apologised and promised to get the manager to contact us / visit. No one did. They then said the room had been hired to a family who had two rooms and must have used to taken all the items. So why wasn't the room checked, they obviously knew. We are now expecting a full refund through Booking.com. This is the first ever poor stay on Booking.com

What a treat in Verona

The location was ideal. It is far out enough that it was peaceful and quiet, but close enough that walking to town was easy and quick

Location. Very handy for supermarkets, train station for Lake Garda. Easy access/check in.

No air-conditioning/heating or even a fan. Apparently this is activated via a central system in 2nd week May but as it was very hot, the apartment was unbearable at night. The temperature plummeted during our 3 night stay so we went from being hot to cold due to lack of heating. Staff helpful but limited as it's the owner who didn't respond to my requests. Also, was bitten to death by mosquitos so even a fan would have been helpful. Very disappointing.
