Gorgeous apartment and very spacious. In a lovely quiet area and so close to everything. Excellent communication from the host to self check in.
It was a little dark as it is in the top of the block and there are only tiny windows but still gorgeous

The apartment was located in a very nice area just a 10-15 minute walk from the city center. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and ready to help anytime.

I stayed at La Nuova Corte Apartments for the night of April 25th–26th. Initially, the booking was for three people, but due to a medical emergency, our plans changed and only two of us were able to come. I informed the property early in the morning (around 5:00 AM) before check-in, but my message was ignored. There was no communication regarding any possible price adjustment or change in arrangement. At checkout, when I brought this up myself, they apologized and said they had been busy and hadn’t seen the message, and only then mentioned they would refund the city tax. Honestly, I don’t think it should have been my responsibility to remind them—I had notified them well in advance, and they could have handled the situation proactively, even offering a more suitable apartment for two people if applicable. On the positive side, they did allow us to leave our backpacks in the room around 11:00 AM before official check-in, which was helpful. However, communication overall was very poor. Later that evening, we noticed there was an ironing board but no iron. We contacted them multiple times that night and again in the morning with no response. When they finally replied, they said an iron is not included in their amenities. When I asked why there was an ironing board then, they explained that an iron used to be provided but was removed after it was stolen. The delayed responses and inconsistent explanations felt unprofessional. The general impression was that once you check in, support becomes minimal. For example, when we asked if we could leave our backpacks somewhere for 3 hours after checkout, they declined and offered a luggage deposit website. Compared to other places I’ve stayed, this level of service felt lacking. As for the apartment itself, it was clean, which I appreciated. However, the toiletries were very limited—just a few small shampoo bottles and a tiny soap.
