Spacious and close to town

lift and large rooms. Great to have a washing machine. Close to town and easy flat walk and plenty of shops and coffee close by.

Parking was not easy in the streets, screens on windows needed.

Very well located and a lot of space.

I need to make a repair shower to take a bath. We went with 2 cars and it is expensive to have the seconds one on a private place www.sabait.it . This is a reality of the region.

Super choice!

Nice, clean and quiet location. Bus stop a few meters from the accommodation. Bus accessibility perfect. A few meters from the accommodation there is a grocery store, a tobacconist and a pastry shop. To the center of Verona 20 min. walk. Good and trouble-free communication with the owner of the apartment. He answers questions very quickly. Accommodation clean. A perfect choice for us.

Spacious, basic property close to the city

Great location and spacious property. Basic but good for what we needed.

No guest book with wifi code, checkout details, no smoke alarms, nothing to light the gas hob with and no kettle for making hot drinks. Need to bring your own matches. The pans well used and dirty but didn't use as couldn't light the oven and hob. Only one toilet roll for 7 people.

The apartment was big and the location was good. The elevator was also a positive aspect.

The host did not give us a good explanation about the parking. After asking twice for the wifi password, the host replied after 8 hours in the morning when we were ready to check out. the apartment had a really bad smell when you walked inside. There was also no information about the washer so you had to wait hours until it finally was done. Overall the stay was a 2/10.

Bardzo czysty i komfortowy apartament położony w centrum miasta. Doskonała lokalizacja w centrum miasta.

Moim zdaniem lokal nie posiada wad. Uczestnikom wycieczki podobało się wszystko.

Bellissima casa ma con qualche miglioria da effettuare

Casa molto grande e in una bellissima e strategica posizione, ambienti accoglienti

Qualche piccola manutenzione come la tapparella della sala che non scende, l'asse l bagno che non è ben attaccata, uno dei letti molto cigolanti, beni di prima necessità non sempre presenti come la moka o la macchinetta del caffè che non funziona, il lavandino della cucina che perdeva con la bacinella già presente all'arrivo..

Ein guter Ausgangspunkt um mit Familie Verona zu erkunden.

Gute Lage, großer Esstisch für alle, hinreichend Platz und Betten.

Eine Wohnung für 7 Personen und man kann das Bad nicht abschließen- das geht gar nicht. Das Schöiss zu reparieren ist dringend zu raten.

Eine tolle Unterkunft und ein super Vermieter nur zu empfehlen

Sehr schöne Lage. 10 Minuten zur Altstadt zu Fuß. Schön groß auch für größere Gruppen. Es war alles da was man braucht in der Unterkunft. Unkomplizierter Check In und Check Out. Der Parkplatz ist empfehlenswert und günstig für 5€ am Tag ca. 250 Meter weg.

Es schalt etwas da keine Bilder oder Ähnliches an den Wänden ist. Stört nicht zu sehr.

O cazare relativ ok

- suprafața apartamentului - multitudinea spațiilor de depozitare - poziția imobilului în oraș, în raport cu centrul - curățenia decentă și utilarea bucătăriei

Aparenta lipsă de preocupare din partea proprietarului: - nu a oferit suficiente informații despre sistemul de acces din clădire și curte astfel că a trebuit noi să găsim pe o bordură, lângă boscheți, butonul de deschidere a porții catre stradă - proprietarul nu a lăsat suficientă hârtie igienică (a lăsat o rolă ptr. 3 nopți de cazare a 5 persoane) astfel că am cumpărat noi cele trebuincioase - dulapurile vechi nu se închid corect - lipsă poliță ptr. Săpunuri/șampon în interiorul cabinei de duș - colac wc precar (se mișca în toate părțile) - espressor cu posibilă defecțiune: curgea parțial apă/cafea pe blat (se vedeau și urme vechi)

Прекрасная большая, просторная квартира в центре, в хорошем доме, в очень ухоженном дворике. Очень удобные кровати. В квартире есть балконы и почти вся необходимая бытовая техника. Выдаются полотенца. Есть канальный кондиционер, вентиляторы на потолке. Предоставляется отдельная парковка недалеко от подъезда. Отличное расположение недалеко от центра города и основных достопримечательностей. Если приеду ещё, буду пытаться попасть именно в это место.

Не хватало чайника. Но мы нашли способ подогреть воду.
