rarely leave reviews despite having traveled to over 60 countries, but this hidden gem in the Verona hills deserves one. It’s an easy 20-minute walk to the city center. Everything earns a perfect 10: the warm welcome, spacious room, stunning environment, breathtaking views, exceptional customer service, delicious food, and the staff’s incredible courtesy. This ranks among my top 3 stays ever, and I’ll definitely return. They even offered a complimentary taxi to the city, and the breakfast was top-notch with every imaginable option. Special thanks to the chef and director for their personalized welcome—they treated us like royalty! I’m impressed by every detail, including the spa with indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, and sauna (open all day), plus the generous supply of towels and attentive service that respects your privacy. I recommend it to anyone!
