Location, good communication from Roberto the owner all throughout from checking in and checking out, clean room and spacious for a family of five with extra bonus of free tea bags ans coffee pods.

Overal very nice and clean apartment on a lovely location!

The beds were very nice and clean and comfortable. The airco was working perfect so jt was nice and cool.

We had a small request of changing the beds into separate beds, which i already asked a few days before arrival. However we did not get a proper apartment tour and only noticed the beds were not separated after our hostess left. It was no problem and just a small text to the owner, yet they made it feel like a burden for them.

Convenient stay for a weekend in Verona

Great location, around the corner there are cafes and a small grocery. The apartment has everything you need, and you can conveniently store your luggage in the lockers

Comfy flat in Veronetta

Nice Flat in the heart of Veronetta. Perfect for a couple and with basic facility for cooking meals. Good sizing for what looks like a real flat. Definitely a nice place where to stay for some days with a good value for money ratio. The contactless check in works great and in case of any need the staff is very friendly.

Communication with the owner went smoothly. He was always at your service. Easy self-check-in and check-out. The location is really great, with no parking, but we knew that. We found a private parking about 10 minutes' walk from the apartment. We arrived late at night, and it meant a lot to us that the owner left the air-con on, given that it was summer and the days were really hot. We entered a pleasant, cooled apartment. Everything was clean, with good Wi-Fi, and nice equipment. We are completely satisfied with our stay. We recommend it.

In need of modernising and better lighting. No corkscrew- kitchen very minimally equipped. Locks were worn, needs new door locks. It was depressing!

Pleasant

Good location. Not far from the city center. Gym, farmacia are near the apartment. There is the luggage deposit where you can put your stuff before or after arrival and go for a walk. Pillows we’re comfortable.

The furniture was old. The shower and toilet weren’t working properly and weren’t convenient.

No breakfast. Good location with lots of buses nearby into town, station etc, and easy walk into town over the bridge. Very nice helpful manager, Apsara, who gave info about shops, restaurants etc

There was nowhere to hang anything in the bedroom- it looked as if someone had started making a little cupboard and forgotten to finish it or put a rail up, so had to hang stuff over chair and put on floor of structure. AWFUL location of key box with no light anywhere near it and and difficult to see numbers and manipulate it at same time. Shower pole broken - shower dropped to bottom of it. Told manager who unaware, said she would get it fixed after. Have video of it falling, won't upload.

Location is great, staff was helpful, overall apartment was very clean and spacious.

There is a problem with hot water. There isn’t enough hot water for 3 people. That was unfortunate, especially in the morning.

Great location and comfortable apartment

Location is great for walking around the city as Verona isn’t huge. You simply cross over Ponte dei Navi and you’re only a few minute walk to Piazza Erbe. This apartment was tucked into a quiet side street off of Via XX Settembre which has good bud links as well. The apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. There was even a pull out sofa for if you had more people and a little kitchenette to cook too. Air con as well although I didn’t need to use it for my stay.

The shower took a while to heat up so I ended up having freezing cold ones! But it was very hot outside so it didn’t bother me too much. The only other improvement I would suggest is maybe have a hairdryer available for guests.

The apartment was very nice, big, and clean, easy check in and out. It's in the center, everything in walking distance. The host also very helpful and kind. 100% satisfied!

Superb

The location is great 5-10 minute walk from the city center. It is a possibility to regulate the heat at the appointments at the winter. We was during rain and can dry stuff fast. 2 big bedrooms, small balcony, and kitchen with gas oven. Was missing salt but this was solved by asking cleaning lady in next room.

Bed linen washed with some "smell" is terrible for people with asthma. Make sense to clean or replace the shower head to able have right pressure and keep the water temperature right. Some sockets wants to be replaced.

Location was good and staff was helpful to find parking.

The picture online was completely different than what we got. The apartment was very dusty and there was a distinct odor on the sheets and room when you entered. Appliances made noises due to the age and it was not a very pleasant stay. Staff was somewhat helpful after we brought this to her attention.

Good place to stay for a night in Verona

the room is big, the water pressure is very good, the staff is very nice, the room has a small balcony that we can sit and enjoy our breakfast as well.

the wifi in the bedroom is not good, but in the living room is ok. the location is quite ok but not in the city centre

The host was nice but the apartment building was located in a a weird street and it was not very new. Good to stay one night. There was a hole in the shower but it seems it was the last clients' fault.

Improvements in the apartment in general. The neighborhood didn't feel very safe. Lots of stairs and no lift.

Very good and convinient stay in Verona!

The appartment was really big and in really nice area, 5 mins walking distance from the city center. The appartment was really clean, with air condition and coffe machine. ery convinient and value for money!

The only thing I didn't like was the bed sheets, they were clean but very old with some old color stamps on the top.
