Very nice apartment for great price, cute doggie included

Super nice host and his (probably) family in the house with cute well behaved dog 😃🐕. Clean, fine equipt, good checkin with the host, all explained well. Bedroom was nice and comfy. Laundry room in the house. Locality is calm, easy parking for free on the street or for small cash in front of the house. Small supermarket close to the house. Good price. Possible to walk around 20-30 minutes to city center or go by train which is really close to the house (but with no noice from the trains).

The pull-out sofa was a bit sunken but we managed.

A nice stay

The place was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. It was clean, with a spacious bedroom and bathroom. The microwave was useful. The TV had a fire tv stick which our children enjoyed a lot. It was very peaceful and we had a good time there despite the bad weather. The host gave us good information and was there when we needed him.

The sheppard 🐕 was very friendly but I felt a little scared of it. The doors are very loud, and there are no keys in the bedroom and bathroom doors. There was no kettle to boil water and for the coffee machine you needed special capsules. The pillows were a bit hard for us.

Superb

Apartment was small, cozy and very clean. They also have available secured parking as well as a free one on the street. The host was very nice and coomunicative and provided all needed information. We were welcomed by host's mother who was very friendly and kind. Location is about 20min away from city centre (on foot). It is a very good value for the money and we liked our stay in here.

Clean, comfortable, secure apartment within proximity of all amenities.

Excellent location in quiet part of city. Very close to subway/bus station. Owners very responsive. Apartment clean and well-equipped. All amenities (supermarket, pharmacy, public transit, etc.) all within walking distance.

Exceptional

We liked everything - the apartment is clean and cosy, the area is quiet and there were restaurants and shop nearby, there is also a car place. The historical part of Verona is not far, 20 min. by walking. Marco was very kind and welcoming, he gave us some advice about the city and the food. We will definitely stay in his place again if we return to Verona someday.

Exceptional

Great location very close to the center (10 minutes with the bus) quiet area with park for the Kids 2 minutes walking from the apartment. Supermarket, take away Pizza and coffee shop around the corner. Marco was very good and friendly host answering any question within minutes.

Very nice host and modern and clean appartement!

Nice and clean appartement with a balcony and parking space. The host was very friendly and we could leave our car at the appartement during our trip to Venice. Great location to the train station to get to Venice!!

You need about 30 min to walk to the City centre and we thought parking is included. 3 Euros per day is ok though!

The apartment is very clean and it’s well located in a calm area of Verona. Near the apartment there’s a bus stop from where you get to the centre in 10-15 minutes.

I would have given a better mark with a new and more confortable bed.

Very clean and comfortable. Noisy on Sunday mornings.

The host was very helpful. The apartment is really clean and comfortable and it has a nice view from the cosy balcony. Air-condition is in one room only, but there is a big fan which helps a bit.

Noisy church bell. We spent 3 nights in the apartment. Weekdays were bearable, but on Sunday the bell-ringer got a bit crazy - he yanked the cord every 20 or 30 minutes from the early morning.

Мы были счастливы провести время в этих апартаментах. Все было очень чистое, соответствовало фотографиям. Приятно, что были туалетные принадлежности (шампунь, мыло, гель для душа). На кухне был весь необходимый инвентарь для приготовления пищи, а также капсулы для кофе машины, чай и таблетки для посудомоечной машины. Это очень приятно, что хозяева такие заботливые. Постель и полотенца (в достаточном для всех количестве!) были белоснежные. Мы чувствовали себя одновременно и как дома и как в хорошем отеле! Вид из окон очень приятный! Расположение квартиры тоже удобное, недалеко от остановок общественного транспорта. Несколько продуктовых магазинов вокруг. Хочу отметить доброту Марко, который разрешил нам продлить времяприбывания в апартаментах, так как у нас был поздний выезд. Нам очень понравилось наше прибывание в этих аппартаментах и я очень рекомендую всем останавливаться в Вероне только тут!

Appartamento molto pulito e funzionale. È presente tutto il necessario e la posizione è comoda per visitare il centro storico (con 3 minuti di macchina si arriva al parcheggio Centro). Letti comodi e cucina molto ben organizzata. Molto apprezzate le cialde per il caffè e la presenza della lavastoviglie.

Tutto benissimo la proprietaria molto gentile con il suo bel Pastore Tedesco. L'appartamento è perfetto e molto accogliente.
