A spacious apartment with two balconies.

A large apartment with two balconies, perfect for families. From one balcony, you can even see a bit of the picturesque Italian landscape, making it a great spot to relax with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring. The hostess is very friendly and helpful, which made the arrival very pleasant.

I would have liked to be closer to the city center.

Perfect flat for a trip to Verona, taking public busses to get into the city exploring the area.

Everything was perfekt. The apartment was really clean and Elena was so kind. There were bottles of cold water waiting for us and a coffee machine ( for free). Elena was really kind and gave us super tips about our stay in Verona. The whole area is really quiet and there is a lot of free parking spaces in front of the apartment. I travelled with my dog and it was not a problem at all. It is a 35min walk till the Arena di Verona and just 5 min with a car. Elena, keep up the good work!

Great place for short or longer stays, reasonably close to the center of town. Quiet location.

Elena was waiting for us at the property. Handed us the keys and explained all we needed to know. Recommended sites to see given our short stay.

I can't think of anything that should be improved. Elena obviously runs her business long time and knows what she is doing. You don't get 5 stars rating for nothing.

very comfortable, like being at your own little home in Verona.

All the amenities that they provided. I loved being able to use the washing machine to wash my clothes for the first time since we started our trip in italy. Elena was also a great host who went beyond for us and answered our questions and gave us tips for our trip.

It’s a bit further out from the city center (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing cause it was very peaceful and had a big supermarket nearby) but since it is further out and the bus schedules in italy are a mess.. it meant that sometimes we lost an hour or so of our day by being that far and dealing with bad public transport

The apartment is nicely decorated with all the amenities. It was exceptionally clean, with comfy bed and good linens. Paolo and Elena greeted us upon arrival and answered all of our questions. Would come back and recommend to my friends.

It was not as close to the city as we have thought, we had to use the car.

A szállásadó Elena nagyon kedves, segítőkész és közvetlen volt. A lakás csodás, volt minden amire szükségünk volt. Ingyenes a parkolás a lakás előtt ami szintén pozitív, élelmiszerbolt 3 percre van a lakástól autóval ahol nagyon nagy választék van mindenből.

Ami kicsit negatív volt (de erről nyílván nem a szállásadók tehetnek) de a felső szomszédok sokszor zörögtek, éjszaka is volt hogy erre keltünk fel.

Super Lage, um Verona und Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Bushaltestelle nur ca 100 m entfernt. Mit der 52 geht’s direkt in die Innenstadt. Kostenpunkt 2 €. Ein Supermarkt ist nur ca 400 m entfernt, ein Gemüsegeschäft ebenfalls. Kostenlose Parkplätze in/an der Straße. Zwei Balkone, auf denen man die Morgen- und Abendsonne genießen kann.

Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Uns hat die überaus gastfreundliche Art der Vermieterin sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung ist in einem Top Zustand. Es ist alles Vorhanden, was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht. Die Wohngegend ist schön ruhig und man braucht nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß, bis zur Bushaltestelle. Die Stadt ist dadurch bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Perfecto para conocer Verona y alrededores

Apartamento nuevo, en un barrio algo apartado del centro de Verona (45 min a pie), aunque hay bus directo, pero tranquilo, con aparcamiento, cercano a un gran supermercado y a la salida hacia el norte y la tangencial que enlaza con la A4. Está muy bien montado y tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar, incluidas dos terracitas con mesas y sillas. La propietaria, Elena, nos estaba esperando, y fue muy amable para resolver todas nuestras dudas y necesidades a lo largo de la estancia.

Lo único que podría mejorarse es la instalación del aire acondicionado, ya que nos tocó una ola de calor, y al estar situado en el pasillo no llega a enfriar satisfactoriamente ni el dormitorio ni el salón. Se prodría solventar con un ventilador.

Apartamento maravilhoso! Super recomendo

O apartamento é amplo e iluminado. Tem todos os utensílios culinários que você possa querer. Elena deixa sal, açúcar e azeite para os hóspedes. Dormimos também super bem. O estacionamento é fácil, o bairro é tranquilo e tem um grande supermercado perto.

Nada que prejudique a experiência, mas não tinha sabão para tomar banho.

Piccola vacanza in occasione del concerto dei Pooh.

Tutto. La struttura era composta da sala/soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno, camera da letto, due terrazzi. Televisori, sia in soggiorno che in camera. Pulitissima, attrezzata con tutto quello che serve in una casa. Non è stato necessario comprare alcun che. Zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa Un po’ defilata rispetto al centro, ma dato che noi avevamo l’auto, la cosa non ci ha minimamente disturbato, anzi. Parcheggio di fronte alla struttura, sempre disponibile. Ci sentiamo di ringraziare tantissimo la signora Elena, per la grande disponibilità che ha avuto nei nostri confronti e, qualora dovessimo ritornare a Verona, sicuramente ci rivolgeremo di nuovo a lei. Consigliatissimo.
