Great location - right next to old city centre (walking distance). Big apartment with two separate bedrooms.

Electricity went out because of overload. Two apartments are connected to the same fuse - when at least three air conditioners (two in our apartment and at least one in other apartment) are on and someone turns on the washing machine (it could be heard through the walls), the fuse blows. You also have to put in a little effort when registering - enter all the information of everyone who will be staying in the apartment and send photos of everyone's IDs. There is no kitchen.

Location was ok. About 15 minutes walk to the centre. Apartment decorated and furnished to a high standard.

It was asked to send photos of the tourist tax left on the table, keys in the keysafe and keysafe combination reset. This was done. Almost 3 weeks on and David has never read or acknowledged the photos on WhatsApp. There is an ants problem with the place. Initially noticed in the bathroom. I spilt some lemonade on the tiled floor and cleaned it up. When I returned later that day, there must have been some sugar residue still on the ground that I missed. The floor was covered with literally 100s of ants.

Zona tranquilla a 15-20 m a piedi dal centro, possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento dalle 8 alle 20 nei feriali, libero nei festivi, nelle vie limitrofe all'appartamento. Pulito,con frigo e minifreezer, tv e set per thè e caffè, anche se due tazze di porcellana sarebbe meglio fornirle, l' acqua calda del bollitore nel bichiere di plastica non è il massimo.

Il bagno è piccolo e sicuramente da rimodernare, porte e portafinestre di ingresso idem. L'appartamento white insiems al red è ricavato dalla divisione di un precedentemente appartamento divisi da una sola porta, quindi la cucina, la lavatrice e tutti i rumori dell'appartamento red si sentono come se fossero nella propria camera. Siamo entrati in appartamento e non c'era elettricità, abbiamo cercato il contatore e l'abbiamo riattaccata, questo è successo tre volte in un'ora, il nostro contatore controllava entrambi gli appartamenti, pertanto c'era qualcosa, cucina o lavatrice, che faceva scattare il contatore. Abbiamo informato l'agenzia a fianco. Abbiam laaciato il condizionatore di una sola camera, dato i 40° gradi di questi gg e siam uciti a cena. Al rientro è scattato nuovamente il contatore. Contattato Davide ha raggiunto l'appartamento subito, abbiam fatto qualche prova, ma molto probabilmente è attaccando qualcosa nell'appartamento red che scatta. Poco dopo mezzanotte sentivamo la centrifuga. Fatto presente il sabato mattina via messaggio, la sera rientramo dopo tutta la giornata e attaccato il condizionatore inizia a sgocciolare. Inviato subito messaggio ma non ho avuto risposte. Saremo stati sfortunati noi, ma sicuramente la struttuta ha bisogno di migliorie.
