Very pleasant.

We had a great experience staying here. The host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. He provided us not only with information about the accommodation, but also useful recommendations about the city including where to eat and where to park the car, which made our stay much easier. The place itself is quiet and comfortable. We especially appreciated the door access with a code it was very convenient and we didn’t have to worry about losing any keys. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfection & a lovely host...

Communication from when we booked was fantastic & throughout our short stay. Although our flight was delayed & arrived late the owner stayed up to greet us & show us in. It had everything we needed, a spacious apartment, for our brief stay before our continued journey throughout Northern Italy. It was less than a 10 min taxi ride away from the airport, but because it was late on a Sunday evening & there didn't seem to be any public transport it was €35 in a taxi.

There wasn't anything we didn't like, well maybe a bit of milk might have been nice, as us English love a tea & it was too late to find a supermarket open...

Great place, but ...!

The place was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed, including air conditioning and a lovely balcony.

However, our check-in experience felt a bit intrusive. The host greeted us on arrival, showed us around the room, then went up and down a few times—first to give us a tour, then to have us sign a contract, and again to collect the city tax. It might just be my impression, but in other places we've stayed, the process has felt more relaxed, with staff giving us a bit of space to settle in. One thing to note for families: we were travelling with our toddler, and the listing on Booking.com stated that a cot was available upon request. We requested one, completed the booking, and only afterward received a message informing us there would be an extra €15 charge for the cot. This was a surprise, as we've never been charged extra for a cot at other properties before—just something to keep in mind.

Wonderful Romantic Stay

The apartment was so absolutely stunning. Very clean and comfortable, opens using a code so not worried about losing keys, all basic utilities were provided, tea and coffee, sugar, coffee machine, saucepans and stove if you want to cook, which we did, a few essentials like oil, salt and black pepper, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, dishwasher and even a washing machine which was great. The sofa also converts into a bed which was comfortable and there was an extra fold up bed if you had more guest. Towels and shower/shampoo were supplied. Bedroom was lovely and spacious; plenty wardrobe space, light switches by either side of the bed and loads of sockets around the apartment. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was lovely with working g shower. Dima the host was excellent, he sent a WhatsApp message shortly after booking to introducing himself and all necessary information needed to ensure our stay was comfortable. ID were sent so we’re were registered, visitor tax can be paid cash or card. My booking was for 4 days and because I wanted to remain in the apartment a bit longer as my flight was at 9:40pm and didn’t want to check out at 11:00am we paid for additional night, so my fiancé could stay over. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% recommend this place for a couple or family.

Nothing negative to say about the apartment except the shower was a little on the small side.

Spitzen Apartment mit Privatparkplatz

Super Apartment, mit allem was man benötigt (sogar Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Wäscheständer). Tolle Lage für uns zur BMX Bahn. Küche ist super ausgestattet, sogar Salz usw. vorhanden. Der Vermieter Dima ist sehr, sehr freundlich und immer sehr bemüht. In das Apartment kommt man mit einem Code, was ich super finde weil man nicht immer einen Schlüssel bei sich mithaben muss. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles genau gezeigt und erklärt. Auch Restaurants in der Nähe bekamen wir über WhatsApp was ich spitze fand. Apartment kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder😁!!!

Leider gab es in der Nähe einen Hund der gefühlt die ganze Nacht durchgebellt hat. Dafür kann der Vermieter natürlich auch nichts, aber es war sehr unangenehm. Wir schlafen gerne bei offenem Fenster daher hörten wir ihn auch sehr laut.

Muy buena ubicación, las instalaciones en muy buen estado, todo limpio, la cocina bien equipada, un lugar espacioso y acogedor, decidimos quedarnos más tiempo porque nos sentíamos muy cómodos.
