Absolutely spotless and welcoming — a perfect stay in Verona

Absolutely amazing stay! The number one highlight of Residenza La Boheme is the spotless cleanliness, everything was impeccably clean and very well maintained. The place feels beautiful, cozy, and truly home-like. The location is perfect, with the mall only about 2.2 km away, and the same distance to the Verona Arena. Parking was spacious, convenient, and stress-free, which was a big plus for us. The host and his son were extremely accommodating, kind, and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Overall, the place is absolutely amazing. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Verona. Highly recommended!

Location is good, just next to a main bus stop which takes you to the main train station for Easy day trips and to the old town as well. The apartment is well-equipped.

Super modern, spacious and clean stay near core Verona

Very new and modern construction, super clean and well maintained. Our room was spacious and bright, including the en suite. Hosts are attentive and leave out coffee and tea pods, as well as complimentary water for guests. The shared kitchen is also super clean and spacious. The neighbourhood is a great stay. It’s about 30 minutes walk from the core center but there are plenty of buses that go each 30 minutes or so from the bus station just at the end of the street, so once you get a hang of the transportation, it’s an easy and quick commute. Coming and going/entering is all done via easy code lock doors and gates.

Not a dislike but more of a note - it would be great if the kitchen also had some more cutlery like bread knives, kitchen scissors, etc. Also, it worth noting in the accomodation description that the kitchen is not intended for a heavy duty cooking which is completely fair since it’s a common space surrounded by other rooms. Also, our bathroom could have benefited from more towel hangers, we’ve only had one so it was a bit crowded.

Everything it is ok, i higly recommend this property for a trip in Verona. It is close to the train station and also city center, is a safe neighbourhood, you might see some faces you don’t like, but they are ok with everybody. Unfortunately in all the Italy their number is growing so they re everywhere.

Weekend-Stay in Verona

The room was perfectly clean. We could not find a single speck of dust. This also includes the kitchen we shared with a second apartment. We could not have asked for more with the newly renovated bathroom and clean towels. Even though breakfast was not included in our stay we were able to take care of ourselfs with a close supermarket and the kitchen.

The language-barrier still seems to be a little problem. Only about 50% of the personell speaks the necessary English. Also no one speaks German, but that was expected.

Csendes, kellemes szállás jó megközelítéssel.

Tiszta, tágas szoba, kényelmes ágy, az autónk biztonságban volt az udvaron. Külön tetszett, hogy az emeletünkön volt egy közösségi tér, konyha, hűtő stb.

A buszok éppen akkor nem jártak a környéken, így elég nehézkes volt a bejutás a városközpontba, de ez nem a szállásadó hibája volt.

Sehr schöne neue Zimmer,zweckmäßig,aber ausreichend. Groß und ansprechend. Tolle extra Küche mit Frühstücks- und Aufenthaltsraum. Parkplatz auf dem gesicherten Grundstück. Personal ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und super freundlich.

La struttura non è centrale, è in zona fiera. Ma se come noi ci dovevamo comunque muovere in auto, va benissimo perché è a pochi minuti dal centro. Ottimo il parcheggio interno privato, permette di rientrare a qualsiasi ora senza stress. Camera ottima, letto comodissimo, personale molto gentile.

L'orario di check in è limitato, ho dovuto adattare i miei orari ai loro. Check in solo al pomeriggio.

Wohlfühlappartement mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern in nicht ganz idealer Lage, ohne Frühstück aber mit guter Möglichke

Alles super sauber, top modern und sehr gepflegt. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, cleveres Konzept mit Gemeinschaftsküchen auf der Etage, Wasser und Kaffe umsonst. Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl) nah.

Die Unterkunft liegt vom Bahnhof und noch mehr von der Stadt etwas zu weit weg, um zu Fuß zu gehen, zumal man durch hässliche Gegenden und an einer großen Straße entlang muss. Daher sind wir doch meist Bus gefahren, die aber oft sehr voll waren. Was könnte man noch verbessern? Ein Safe im Zimmer wäre prima.

Vengono offerte cialde per caffè e the da poter preparare e consumare nella spaziosa zona comune dove è presente una cucina attrezzata. Acqua in camere all'arrivo. Parcheggio privato. Molto vicino a piedi alla fiera di Verona. Consigliatissimo!
