Do not recommend booking with the host

The host is unhelpful. We were notified a day before arrival that we can no longer stay at the property we booked due to heating problems and would have to stay at another one managed by the same host. This was a considerable inconvenience as we booked that place specifically for its location - the new one was more than twice as far from the station and we were not given any discount for this inconvenience. During our stay the electricity went down overnight and we had to try and fix it. We were without a working fridge for a considerable amount of time, partly because the host and the electrician did not think it necessary to switch it back on when they fixed the issue. This led to half of our food going off. The day before checking out expect a threatening message from the host that even if there’s a single dish left to be washed you’ll be fined €30. While the property was okay, we do not recommend booking with this host.

Ok for a short break if you don’t mind being away from the city centre. It was clean and did have a lift to the apart

It had a large bedroom and decent sized kitchen area

Location - advertised as city centre but a good way out. There were also limited space for cooking and very limited cooking facilities (one pot and only cutlery and one knife - non utensils).

Bella vacanza a Verona

L' appartamento è molto accogliente, pulito, bello, dotato di tutto il necessario: stoviglie, biancheria da letto e da bagno (c'erano anche le pantofole!).Carta igienica e mini shampodoccia in quantità.La zona è molto tranquilla anche di sera, c'è l' ascensore,le fermate del bus sono vicine.Abbiamo trovato tre bottigliette di acqua in frigo, molto gradite all' arrivo! Macchinetta del caffè con capsule fornite, bustine di thè , zucchero e camomilla.Vicino alla stazione ferroviaria di Verona porta Nuova.Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento, quando torniamo a Verona ci torneremo di nuovo se è disponibile.

La mancanza di bustine monodose di olio e sale.Qualche appendino in bagno,per l' asciugamano da bidè,un appoggia sapone in doccia.

In realtà per motivi idraulici (perdita in bagno) non siamo stati in questa struttura ma nella Puccio home station. La casa è dotata di ogni comfort,si trova al pian terreno ma ci sono le inferriate, quindi massima sicurezza. Se dovessi tornare a Verona sicuramente mi rivolgerei a loro. Lo staff è disponibile e pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema
