Great value

The apartment was great, the wifi worked, the keys were easy to find (there is explanation even with a video), the host was extremely nice, we communicated by message, always responding and even sending information on what to visit in Verona. I was attending an event at San Marco hotel so the location was perfect for me 300 meters from the event. I easily found parking place in the street. 4th floor with elevator and nice balcony as well!

The "Vikey" application (for online check-in before stay) is a bit strange as we have to give a photo of identity document plus a photo of ourselves. I guess it's based on the law but it was a bit weird :)

Francesco- what a lovely, cool apartment! We loved the layout, the balcony was beautiful on an evening to drink wine and play cards. Our daughter wanted to live there! The hello kitty teddy in the wardrobe had plenty of cuddles- we washed and put it back ♥️

Quick bus to Verona Old Town

Everything you could need in a short stay. Quick walk or short bus between train station and old town. We had an issue on check-in (issue on our end) but the host was super quick and friendly to help us sort it very quickly! It’s on the 4th floor but there’s a lift.

Verona like visiting friends

Francesco is a very friendly and forthcoming host. He fixed the two bikes for us which worked fine for me and my 13 year old daughter (not for the tall ones;-) The area is located perfectly to explore Verona by foot. We did not use public transport. All sights are reachable approx. within 15 to 30 mins. There is a Migros close by and a Lidl a little bit more distant. Pizzeria al taglio dal stadio da Roby is really good. And make sure to check out Gloria Pasticcheria. We also got Nasi Goreng and fried Noodles from Sandalanka in a Sri Lankan venue was decent - the small portions are huge. The apartment feels like visiting a friends home and is comfy - it is actually the home of someone which means it is well equipped. It was perfect for the three of us. Although I think people that want a more smooth and chic vacation experience would maybe not like it.

The best appartament we stayed. Like a 5 star hotel apartament!

Everything was spacious , extremely clean , everything you need to cook pasta and even soup if you want to 😜 , the towels were white and so fresh.

The elevator was old and we had to close the 3 door but it was ok. Took more time but we got used.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, very large and spacious. Clean and with a charming balcony. A huge plus is the equipment - washing machine, dishwasher and even a cob coffee maker. Clean linens and fresh towels, air conditioning.

Appartamento spazioso e luminoso

La casa era piena di polvere, a terra era veramente sporco e i rubinetti del bagno pieni di calcare quindi veramente difficile lavarsi con l acqua del bidet e doccia che usciva come schizzi. Il boiler della caldaia non sempre funzionava. Ci siamo fatti anche docce fredde 😩

Duże przestrzenie cieple mieszkanie, wystarczająco dobrze wyposażone, oprócz tego blisko sklepu czy bary/pizzerie. Łatwy dojazd do dworca i dalej… Dla rodzin spokojnie mogę polecić! wszystko jest co potrzeba, dobrze wyposażone, ogrzewanie działa dobrze, funkcjonowaliśmy bez problemu z dwójką małych dzieci jak w domu u siebie ;)

Condominio con ascensore, molto silenzioso in zona stadio. Ampio appartamento, moderno e ben arredato e comodo balcone. Letto spazioso molto confortevole.

C'è la macchina per il caffè ma non ho trovato disponibilità caffè. Pulsante per scarico WC con qualche problema. Dal soffione della doccia esce pochissima acqua

Tolle Wohnung, aber zu viele persönliche Daten gefordert

Sehr gute Lage. Gute Busverbindung in die Innenstadt, gute Restaurants in der Nähe, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus, Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer - war auch nötig, umlaufender Balkon mit Sitzmögllichkeit

Um den Code für das Schließfach und den Zugang zum Haus zu bekommen, wurden ungewöhnlich viele persönliche Daten verlangt. So wurde gefordert eine Kopie der Personalausweises vorne und hinten und zusätzlich ein Bild von mir mit dem Ausweis in den Händen. Ich kam mir wie ein Verbrecher vor, der polizeilich erfasst wurde. So was habe ich noch nicht erlebt und fand es total übertrieben und diskriminierend. Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich aus diesem Grund nicht die Wohnung wieder stornieren und mir was anderes suchen sollte. Vor allem traute ich nicht der Zusage, dass diese persönlichen Daten nachher vernichtet werden. Dafür gab es keine Garantie.

Sehr gemütliche, moderne Wohnung in der man sich wohl fühlt.

Die Wohnung verdient 5 Sterne. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Über einen Code kam man an die Schlüssel ran. Die Wohnung entsprach den Bildern, eine gemütliche, moderne Küche mit reichlich Geschirr und Gewürzen. Das Schlafzimmer war gross und das Bett bequem. Das galt auch für das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung war ruhig. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt, die Regendusche war sehr schön, es gab aber auch einen extra Duschkopf. Das warme Wasser hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Küche ebenso. Wir haben nur einmal gekocht, da wir oft unterwegs waren. Der Balkon war schön. Da es sehr warm war ca. 30 Grad habe ich ab und zu die Blumen auf dem Balkon gegossen, es gibt einen bequemen Gartenschlauch. Um die Ecke fuhr ein Buss zur Piazza Bra. Ausserdem konnte man auch leicht zu Fuss ca. 20 Min. in die Innenstadt gelangen. Nach der Oper Nabuco sind wir zu Fuss zur Whg. gelaufen, da die Busse so spät nicht mehr fuhren. Als ich mein Ladekabel für mein Gerät vergaß hat mir Francesco, das umgehend zugeschickt. Vielen Dank Francesco wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt bei Euch. Liebe Grüsse an Dich and Deine Frau.

Uns hat alles am Aufenthalt dort gefallen. Leider konnten wir im Bad keinen Föhn finden, nach Rückfrage erfuhren wir, dass dieser im Waschzimmer zu finden war. Es gibt einen Aufzug und die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock. Bitte passen Sie beim Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem Aufzug auf, da er nicht immer Plan mit dem Boden hält. Einmal ist meine Freundin heraus gestolpert und ein anderes Mal, ich beim Einsteigen voll Richtung Metalltüre gestürzt, weil der Aufzug ca. 10 cm zu hoch war.

Kurztrip nach Verona

Sehr schöne Wohnung, etwa 20 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Es gab alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht und zwei Supermärkte in der Nähe ( ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß) Man war auch schnell in der Stadt mit Bus oder zu Fuß (25minuten )
