Very clean and equipped with towels, washing machine and iron. The toiletries were not available and the view was not great from the balconies.

It's worth it!

You will receive a text on how you can go inside, there is no key just a link for the gate and the door, so you can share it with the persons who are with you, in case you are not togheter when you go to the apartment. The apartment is big, you have Alexa to help you with music, and a Netflix account on the TV (this in case you are staying more in the apartment), there are 2 big rooms one smaller, 2 bathrooms very big, fully equipped, bed linnens white as snow, towels as well, the kitchen is also big and full in case you decide you want to eat inside. There is a bus station exactly in front of the apartment, or another one at 3 min of walking (there are diffrent busses in each of them). You can arrive here from the train station by foot (20 min of waling) or take the bus.

Cleanliness of this wide apartment, convenient distance from cité center (with a car).

UNACCEPTABLE: the access to the apartment: No one at check-in No one at phone call for information, prior to the agreed arrival time. Later on, No access if identification documents are not fully sent by internet ( No apartment if you do not have internet access on the spot) All instructions in local language only (italian). No light in apartment if no practice of Alexa (Iphone) language. Very close to a cellphone antenna (50m) In short, avoid if you are not a geek

Quite complicated to get in (need internet access to open the doors). We had to leave by 10h, which was too early. No flexibility from the owner.

Wonderful apartment

Extremely kind and correct hosts. Welcoming and sending was very easy.The rooms were very clean. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very large terraces. There are many dining areas around the apartment. Last but not least - the highway connection is very convenient for those traveling with car.The hosts also provided us with a parking space in the yard of the building.

Good location but furniture / appliances outdated

Quite spacious apartment. Location was good to get into the city center.

Furniture and appliances look like they are from the 80s. Could use a change. The lighting system in the apartment is an extreme sport. There are light switches everywhere but don’t do what you expect them to. Main entrance there is no light switch that illuminates the room so you have to walk across the room in the dark to switch lights on. The bedroom has 7 switches but there’s no ceiling light but side lamps, which are switched on directly on them. Don’t bother trying to use the jet spray / massage device in the shower - it doesn’t work. Was shooting Qatar everywhere and one of the plugs nearly took my eye out as it was broken.

Well appointed, spacious flat in quiet location with bus stop on doorstep. Short hop to town. Brilliant. Helpful and friendly host.

1.Nu am avut caldura in apartament, desi propietarul ne-a dat indicatii, ele nu au functionat 2.La baia cu cada , capacul WC-ului era rupt, iar lipsa unei cabine la cada facea ca apa sa sara pe pardoseala. Exista un mop, dar rupt. 3.Lenjeria de pat lasa nu era ce trebuie, cearsaful de pilota era mult mai mic decat pilota, iar pernele proaste. 4.Am avut masina inchiriata doar ultimele 2 zile, dar a trebuit sa platim pt toata perioada inchirierii, 4 zile Ca sugestie pt proprietari: asigurati in fiecare baie cate un mop, iar la bucatarie este bine sa gasim un burete de vase nou, hartie de sters pe maini, cateva consumabile importante: ulei, cafea etc. Ne-am cumparat singuri si le-am lasat acolo, pentru viitorii chiriasi Ar fii bine sa mai igienizati apartamentul, peretii sunt murdari

Très bien !

Très bel appartement ! Très propre et au calme. Les propriétaires sont très sympas et facilement joignables. La climatisation a été très appréciée également. L immeuble est sécurisé et le parking est un vrai plus. Un centre commercial Lidl se trouve à proximité, ce qui est parfait pour faire des courses à un prix abordable. Les volets roulants permettent de dormir dans l obscurité totale, nous avons apprécié, surtout les enfants 😊

L'appartement est très grand, propre et bien équipé, avec deux salles de bains. Les instructions pour récupérer la clé sont claires, mais la procédure d'enregistrement est plus compliqué que dans d'autres hébergements. Just en face de l'immeuble se trouve une excellente pizzeria. L'aéroport et le cetre-ville de Vérone sont tous deux à seulement 10 minutes en voiture.

Ár érték arányban teljesen rendben van.

A szállásadóval a foglalással kapcsolatosan minden részletet le lehetett levelezni. ( nekünk a parkoló bérlés miatt kellett egyeztetnünk ). Minden kérdésünkre azonnal és segítőkészen válaszolt. Az apartman tágas, kényelmes nagyon jó elhelyezkedésű alapvetően tiszta rendezett volt. Az apartman egy többszintes épületben helyezkedik el amely egy forgalmas utcán de zártkerben található. Az utca forgalma ellenére nem volt zajos, nyugodtan lehetett pihenni. Verona központjába gyalog mentünk be. Kb 35-40 perces séta. Ár érték arányban megfelelő.

A mai világban érthető a biztonság, de az elő "check in" hosszadalmas és körülményes volt. A megküldött link-en nem volt elegendő csak az adatainkat megadni, de a személyiigazolványt avagy útlevelet magunk előtt tartva még fényképet is kellett feltöltenünk magunkról. ( 4 felnőtt és 3gyerek ). A tényleges becsekkolás még ennél is hosszadalmasabbra sikerült. Habár többször leveleztünk a szállásadóval mégis amikor megérkeztünk fel kellett hívnunk, mert nem tudtunk bejutni már a kertkapun sem nemhogy az épületbe. Mint kiderült az érkezés napjának reggelén küldött e-mailben küldte meg az instrukciókat. Kényelmesebb lett volna, ha korábban érkeznek meg az információk, és akkor lélekben fel tudunk készülni. Mivel korábban nem jött a bejutással kapcsolatban információ ezért arra készültünk, hogy személyesen vár majd valaki. De ettől egy kényelmetlenebb és bonyolultabb rendszerrel találtuk magunkat szembe. Az aznap reggeli E-mailben kaptunk egy linket amelyre kattintva és a kapucsengőt megnyitva kinyilt a kapu, majd ugyanígy volt nyitható a lépcsőház és a bejárati ajtó is. Első hallásra lehet, hogy a mai modern világban ez szupernek tűnik, de ez azt is jelenti, hogy : A telefon nem merülhet le, nem maradhat otthon, nem romolhat el, interneted is kell legyen! A csomagok felcipelésénél is a szabad kezedben ott kell, hogy legyen a telefon, különben nem jutsz be (kerítésen, lécsőházba, apartmanba sem) Minden lakó telefonjára is meg kell küldeni a link elérhetőségét, és ők is meg kell hogy tanulják (gyerekek is). Enélkül senki nem tud sehova közlekedni, mint egy sima egyszerű kulcs birtoklásakor. A konyhai mosogató szivacs koszosabb és használtabb volt mint az amit az utcán a járda mellett eldobva vettem észre amíg a 45 percig várakoztam arra, hogy végre a sikerüljön a fentebb leírt bejutási procedura. Az 1db konyhai törlőruhát is ki kellett mosnom, mert állott büdös és koszos volt.

Casa amplia y tranquila

El piso es muy amplio y luminoso, cuenta con tres habitaciones grandes y un par de terrazas que le dan un buen plus. Es una zona residencial muy tranquila. Cuenta con aire acondicionado en toda la casa y ventiladores en cada instancia.

Le hace falta un poco de mantenimiento general. Aunque está relativamente cerca del centro a veces las conexiones entre el transporte publico no es la mejor.

Bel appartamento, nous étions 2 familles de 6 personnes. Spacieux, belles chambres. Point négatif dans les salles de bains, il faudrait changer les pommeaux de douches , ceux-ci on fait leurs temps....

Ottima struttura per visitare Verona pulita accogliente e ampia, con qualche piccolo ritocco il voto sarebbe 10 stelle.

Ottima posizione per visitare Verona. Ingresso completamente in autonomia tramite sito apri porte, stanze sala e cucina ampie e ben fornite. Ambiente pulito e luminoso.

Materassi un po’ molli e coperte strette corte e poco avvolgenti. Doccia un po’ usurata. Se vengono riposte giacche pesanti gli appendi abiti di plastica negli armadi si piegano e la giacca cade.

C'erano delle cose che non erano poi così pulite o igienizzate come sarebbero dovute essere, ad esempio il bagno non era ben pulito e la doccia presentava qualche problema durante il getto; i materassi presentano una superficie non correttamente pulita (capelli non nostri)

Családnak, főleg ha még kutya is van, tökéletes szálláshely, minden megvan, amire csak szükség lehet.

Tágas, jól felszerelt, boltok vannak a közelben, autopályához is közel, mi innen utaztunk több helyre, nagyon praktikus volt.
