if we come to Verona again, it will be our choice again

exceptional location. parking on the street/€1 hour/two bathrooms for 4 rooms. fully equipped kitchen

the heating is a little weaker. it is necessary to turn on the air conditioners. no cosmetics in the bathroom/ just small shampoos for the shower

The location is very convenient — about 15 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the old town. The accommodation is suitable for two people; however, the sofa bed in the living room is quite uncomfortable, so it may not be ideal for additional guests.

Excellent apartment just 5 minutes from the Arena!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Verona. The place was warm, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The location is perfect — just a 5-minute walk from the Arena di Verona. A great bonus was the possibility to leave our luggage, which made our trip much easier. Highly recommended!

Good flat, excellent location, I keep coming back.

I have stayed in this room before when working in Verona. The facilities are good and the location is very good: on the edge of the very busy "touristy"central part, but not too far from the railway station (e.g. it is possible to walk to the railway station with a heavy suitcase, although I tend to take a taxi or bus: there is a bus stop directly outside the door).

There is not much here that I did not like since I have come back. Two things to note: (i) there is only one room (both living room and bedroom), so if coming to Verona with my wife I would get a different apartment (probably from the same people), but with two rooms, so that I can get up earlier than my wife; (ii) there is a lift, but one has to go up a few stairs to get to it. This is absolutely fine for carrying up suitcases, but might be an issue for someone whose is mobility-impaired.

The location was perfect everything was walking distance the apartment was clean and comfy I didn't like the stairs for an old person is not good at all

Comfortable, classy, close to cafes & shops

Great location, 3 minutes walk from Opera Arena where all the action is. Love this apartment, so cool on a hot day. Everything we needed was supplied, plus more. Thanks Nicolo & Guilia & Claudia, also thanks to the lovely cleaner who helped us book a taxi to the station. Will definitely come again.

The spiral staircase from kitchen to upstairs floor was challenging at first but we both got better at negotiating the twists & turns and our leg muscles are stronger for it. Nothing else to report.

No frills; comfortable/servicable; easy self entry; very responsive and helpful staff.

There is more than one location - this is regarding the Via Della Valverde property. It is serviceable for a one night stay. We only needed a bed to sleep in as we came to see the opera st the Arena and then leave the next day. So we were looking for price and value. It was perfect for a family of 4. Nothing fancy. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful. From telling us where to park to allowing us to leave our luggage at the office location both before and after check in if needed. Very responsive and helpful.

Perfect stay in Verona!

We loved Re Lear! During these sunny days it can get really warm in accommodations, but not this one! It’s located in a quiet street without a lot of sun shining in the apartment and it also got great air conditioning. The check-in process was super smooth and the hostess is really nice. The room and facilities in the apartment are great and well cleaned! Would recommend and visit again :)

Excellent stay and value for money for big groups

Excellent - just as described. We were a group of 5 and the apartment was super comfortable with two bathrooms and separate beds for all of us. Location was very good with plenty of restaurants and cafes around and a 15min walk to the historic centre.

It would be great if there was shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in the bathrooms. We were only provided with a small sachet of shower gel each. But apart from this the amenities were great (hairdryer, iron, ironing board, fully equipped kitchen)

Well equipped spacious apartment close to attractions.

The apartment was very spacious with everything we needed. Washing machine, good sized kitchen with microwave and cook top, large fridge and plenty of crokery, cups, pans etc. The separate bedroom was spacious with plenty of storage. There is an elevator to access the floors. Location was great, only a 5 minute walk to The Arena and easy to get to many other attractions on foot. Claudia met us to give us the keys. There is luggage storage if required. We had a fabulous stay in Verona.

Steps to bathroom on second floor is inconvenient, especially for older people. The property is not suitable for 3 or more people - crammed space.

Great location near the centre, restaurants, bars and supermarket. Really well equipped. Plenty of space. Once we worked out the external awnings was lovely and dark over night.

We had noisy neighbours on the first night that partied late. Not much can be done about this I guess.

Great location close to the Roman Arena

It was in a fabulous location, close to shops, the arena, lots of restaurants and within walking distance of train station. It has a lovely patio area that is private. It was very clean. Key pick up was easy. Apartment area quiet at night. It was an easy walk to the arena for the opera

Apartment was a little bland in its decor but thats personal choice. The stairs in the apartment are extremely steep so would not be suitable for some people.

Well located Duplex in city center

We enjoyed the location of the apartment and it was well equipped and clean! The instructions to find the keys and the apartment were crystal clear.

The pictures don’t match with the apartment we rented. It is an issue when the host has several apartments and put 100 pictures and at the end we don’t know what we are booking. And the air con was pretty noisy.

The location was excellent, very close to old town, supermarkets and restaurants. The apartment was a good size. Melanie was excellent with information for registration and check in and we could leave our bags when we arrived until the apartment was ready. There were two small balconies.

As we ate in a couple of times and had bought a nice bottle of wine it would have been nice to have a wine glass each. There was only one wine glass.

Great location, spacious flat.

Well equipped eclectic apartment. Lots of room, comfortable bed however awkward to get in and out due of to the weird steps. The kitchen was well equipped and the balconies were cute and cozy. The best part was the location. Walking distance to everthing, cafes, the arena, groceries, hop on hop off bus, public transit stops, etc. There is an elevator which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend for that reason and the large size.

The lighting was weirdly harsh and we couldn't find instructions for the gas stove.

It' s a nice and tidy apartman in the old town, near to the city sights. We can live our packages after we left the accommodation, for a few hours, while our flight departed.
