Good enough just for a night.

We liked the fact that our host was responsive and available at our request of changing our room without paying any further price.

We didn't like that the kitchen didn't have anything really useful to cook with (No pans, no cutting knifes, no salt/pepper or anything that is a kitchen basic). We asked for a room change so we could prepare food at home but it was useless and sticky. Unfortunately the door to our room was always hard to lock and the doors inside don't close at all (bathroom door stays open and the other one simply isn't fitted so it can stay closed) All in all we believe that some small improvements are necessary to make the stay worth the money.

We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was in the old town - great location and very quiet

A last minute change to the apartment - we had prepared maps etc before leaving home. The details of getting to the property came late - needed access to data roaming for this

Room was tatty and not as expected - pictures had beams and Italian architecture but actual room given was IKEA stark. Headboard was falling apart and room needed repairs but it was clean and staff helpful.

Great location as it’s so close to the square. Room was spacious and clean. Receptionists were nice and informative.

Walls are thin and guests were noisy. Staff were very loud talking and vacuuming early in the morning so no chance to sleep in before 8.30 am.

All noise in the stairwell could be heard from room, other guest weren’t even that noisy but you could still hear everything.

Comfortable stay in the heart of Verona

The location was perfect, only 5-10 minutes walk to all of the attractions. Wi-Fi worked well and was easy to enter the property. Clean room with comfortable bed and possibility to use the kitchen facilities.

We were not given the room seen in the pictures on the booking - I specifically chose a room with 2 beds (and the one we preferred the look of) but we were given a room with one bed and a sofa bed. This wasn’t a huge problem and we felt no need to complain as the location and size of the room was fine but it was just a surprise when we entered!

The location was amazing! Great location for walking to the sites! The hosts were very informative, welcoming, and kind! Communication with the hosts was great! The private parking garage space was great!

The room had good amenities and would have had a very charming feel, however, it was not very clean. Lots of dust all over and some hairs in the bathroom (in the bathtub & on toliet seat) gave the impression that the place was not well or recently cleaned.

Excellent premium accommodation in a perfect position

straightforward key collection from a helpful, easy to find office; absolute outstanding location in the heart of old-town Verona - really couldn't have been any better from that perspective; fantastic accommodation, bright, clean and well-kept and as with house-buying, it's all about location, location, location and this could not be any better

two minor gripes - no wine glasses, and no tea towels provided; otherwise absolutely spot on
